Pros:

Le personnel très gentils surtout AMANI et Meriem, la propreté.

Cons:

C'est pas un hôtel c'est un appartement, si vous montez le soir sur la terrasse pour apprécier la vue des pyramides ils exigent a consommer ils vous servent de l'eau sans leurs demander et c'est payant

O quarto tinha o necessário e não se ouvia ruído do exterior. Apenas tivemos uma situação inesperada com o pequeno almoço, contudo os funcionários resolveram a questão.
A vista para a pirâmide do rooftop é fantástica.

Islam y los trabajadores del hotel son muy amables y hospitalarios y me ayudaron en todo lo que me hizo falta. La ubicación cerca de las pirámides y el GEM, las calles no están cuidadas pero son seguras. La habitación está muy bien

Es war nur einigermaßen Sauber und das einzige gute an diesem Hotel ist, dass es nah an den Pyramiden ist

Cons:

Zimmer wurden nicht gesäubert. Wir haben 2 Tage kein Frühstück bekommen. Frühstück wurde uns sehr unfreundlich auf den Tisch geschmissen und erst nachdem wir uns beschwert haben wurde nur an einem Tag darauf geachtet, dass es besser gemacht wird. Kommt nicht hierhin es ist nur Geldabzocke. Es ist niemand zu erreichen . Rezeption ist kaum besetzt. Und auf dem Rooftop sind jeden Tag andere Preise also wird man dort auch über den Tisch gezogen.
Es ist zwar günstig aber in der nähe gibt es günstigere Hotels die viel besseren Service anbieten

Friendly helpful staff, quick and clear communication. Location is at 15 min walk from the North gate and 30 min walk from the Sphinx gate and the GEM. Spacious room. Great rooftop restaurant and bar with excellent view of the Pyramids.

Lovely stay with a great view
Pros:

We had a lovely stay. The hotel has an amazing view for breakfast or a smoothie on the roof. The location is ideal. You’re close to where you want to be but far enough to get a good night sleep without too much noice. We felt at home here with the staff being super friendly and helpful.
