Tienen todos los días espectaculo hasta entrada la madrugada... solicité cambio de habitación pero se negaron alengando que estaba todo completo cuando se veía claramente que el nivel de ocupación era bajo. El nivel de inglés no es lo suficientemente bueno como para hablar de cosas con cierta complejidad.

Very nice where to stay and also the food was quite good, the stuff super trained and kind specially Mr Mohammed Aymen that helped a lot for setting up us in the best way to be able to work with Italy. He was also super helpful for the check out considering also the problems with the connection to internet.
The room was not that clean we found some used tissue and chewed chewing gum plus some long air round the room.
Clean and well appointed room and bathroom with a super hot shower. Very helpful staff with good English. Our rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed as frequently. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Clean pool with plenty of seating. The location was perfect for our work location needs.
Requesting the mini bar to be filled. Limited breakfast, with the same choices being served daily. Noise from the adjacent leisure complex that often went on to after midnight. Inability to make international telephone calls from the room. TV with only Arabic channels.
