The most horrible stay I have ever encounter in my whole life!!
Pros:

There are bed bugs in the apartment. I got sick because of my stay there and had to undergo hospital treatment. The owner still haven’t replied me and neither was willing to refund or give me an option for another room. Instead he is ignoring me since the first day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOUSE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH !!!!

I couldn't stay due to affecting my breathing from dampness

One stop shop for accommodation.. It has it all.
Pros:

The room was clean and staff were accommodating. Had water bottles prepared for us in the fridge and ice bag in the freezer. Bathroom had shampoo and body wash prepared. Kitchen had dishes soap to wash our dishes. Extra blanket and pillow was stored behind the mirror/extra storage space. Love the view as the condo is on the 15th floor which is the highest. Like the 3level condo. Ground level is where the kitchen, lounge, balcony and toilet. Kitchen has pan, plates, cups, everythingyou need to cook your own meal. 2nd floor is 1st bedroom with a double bed large mirror/ storage and draws, along with bathroom, washing machine and 2nd balcony. 3rd floor is another double bed with desks. Each floor had air-condition on its own. Response from the staff were pretty fast. Ahh and the screen doors are great as it helps the mosquitoes to stay out. Also Min can speak English so very helpful for those who don't speak Thai. Thank you Min, will come back and stay here again when we come back to Chiang Mai Thailand.

Cons:

What would be better if there are a couple of spare towels as we were a family of 4 and there was only 4 towels. If short stay then if would be fine but we were long stay, which means we had to wash it each time we need to use it. Also didn't realised its a condo not a hotel or motel but maybe I missed the message? The condo is own by different people. Not a big deal but good to know. There were a minor wear and tear in the room like the mess screen sliding door. 2x small holes just need to be patched and second floor sliding door and screen door just need to be fixed as it was a tad hard to open and close. Lastly the artificial plants, I don't think the room need to have them as the room is beautiful already. Also all the plants are loosing its leaves and the metal that poked out can a hazards. Apart from that the condo was beyond our expectation.

Stay away from here, definitely a health risk!
Pros:

We booked for 4 nights but only stayed one. The bathroom was filthy, the walls had black mold, the presumably white shower curtain was black. We stayed one night as we had no choice after a 24 hour travel day. We used the washroom in the lobby. This room should not be on Booking.com as it is the worst room I have experienced in many years of using Booking.com since it's inception. We have staying in many units at Galare Thong over the years, sometimes for months while they are not fancy they are usually clean.

Good budget accommodation with kitchen.
Pros:

This is far more like an AirBnB than a typical Booking com property. The overall package is fine. The room is large but a little bit shabby and in need of love and a pot of paint. But that aside, the facilities were in line with price when compared to other local properties but with the added benefit of a larger than normal room and full kitchen inc toaster kettle and hotplate. The apartment block is well run and their is an 'essentials' shop even at night. In addition there is a very nice little Bistro with local fayre and portions adapted to international taste! The location is a little out of town 80 bath in ride share.

Cons:

The apartment in general is a bit shabby and in need of a refurb, particularly in the bathroom.. That said, can't imagine getting this price if it was perfect. This would be an excellent longer term rent for a family or small group wanting to cook.

מיקום מזעזע ומפחיד ברמות
פנינו אליהם לגבי המגבות והשמיכות ולא היה אם מי לדבר
לא ממליצה בכללל!!! ברחנו משם אמאלה
אין קשר בין התמונות למה שקיבלנו אל תעשו את הטעות הזאת ..
והמקלחת בכלל שלא נדבר על זה, כבלים של חשמל שיצאו מהמכשיר של הביולר שהוא בתוך המקלחת, מסוכן ברמות!
