Disappointing stay
Pros:

The location was very good for walking around Cognac and it was also good for driving to other areas for visiting cognac houses in the surrounding area.

Cons:

The breakfast was way overpriced for the quality of the food. Our coffee was never hot (tepid at best). We'd definitely stay somewhere else if we ever returned to Cognac.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at on our week long trip out of 4 different locations.
Pros:

All 3 concierge were fantastic, super polite, and more than beyond helpful and patient. The room was super spacious and had the best AC we had the whole entire trip. The pool was small but well designed and perfect for my kids.

Cons:

I have absolutely nothing to complain about with the hotel.

Great central location in a characterful building.
Pros:

A lovely combination of old and new. A perfect central location. On premises garage was spacious. Double pain glass kept most of the outside noise at bay. Reliable elevator.

Cons:

Had difficulty controlling the room temperature; although the hotel did resolve the problem.
