Очень приятный, чистый, красивый отель в историческом центре.
Pros:

Расположение в центре города, можно пешком до набережной и других красивых мест. Комфортное постельное, подушки. Кондиционер дует не на кровать) хороший завтрак. Все чисто, красиво, удобно, тихо.

A really excellent stay with the hotel generally exceeding expectations.
Pros:

The room size, breakfast offer and parking were all excellent. A great hotel all round. We shall return. All rooms air conditioned too.

Great place to stay in Cognac
Pros:

A lovely, centrally located hotel, with lots of bars, restaurants and Cognac producers an easy walk away. Air conditioned rooms were a saviour during the hot weather during our stay
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The swimming pool, in a windowless room in the basement, wasn’t great. But it didn’t feature in our reasons to book the hotel.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge mitt i Cognac.
Pros:

Bra läge med gångavstånd till Martell, smidig parkering under tak, trevlig personal, rent och fint.

The best location, very good breakfast, very clean hotel, good working AC, considering that it was very hot; good room size, parking. We liked everything!!!

Disappointed as we were hoping for a good room in a top hotel

Property was well positioned and free charging of EVs was a bonus. Staff were professional

Cons:

Room we had was not worth the money we paid. It was dark, and usable space was limited. Room also needed a significant update. Eg no USB connections shower though nice had limited power.TV was obviously a replacement and too big for both the room and the wall hanging it was attached to.
