Pros:

The best location, very good breakfast, very clean hotel, good working AC, considering that it was very hot; good room size, parking. We liked everything!!!

Disappointed as we were hoping for a good room in a top hotel
Pros:

Property was well positioned and free charging of EVs was a bonus. Staff were professional

Cons:

Room we had was not worth the money we paid. It was dark, and usable space was limited. Room also needed a significant update. Eg no USB connections shower though nice had limited power.TV was obviously a replacement and too big for both the room and the wall hanging it was attached to.

O hotel é bem localizado, bom café da manhã, e pessoal bem treinado.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

The location was very good for walking around Cognac and it was also good for driving to other areas for visiting cognac houses in the surrounding area.

Cons:

The breakfast was way overpriced for the quality of the food. Our coffee was never hot (tepid at best). We'd definitely stay somewhere else if we ever returned to Cognac.

C’était bien, je pourrais y retourner mais ils doivent avoir une service à la hauteur de leurs tarifs

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at on our week long trip out of 4 different locations.
Pros:

All 3 concierge were fantastic, super polite, and more than beyond helpful and patient. The room was super spacious and had the best AC we had the whole entire trip. The pool was small but well designed and perfect for my kids.

Cons:

I have absolutely nothing to complain about with the hotel.
