If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Hotel não apresenta um bom estado conservação, caixa da porta do banheiro apodrecida por umidade na parte inferior. Moldura da janela também bem deteriora.

Cama confortável, excelente localização.
Café da manhã muito bom.
Garagem gratuita e de fácil acesso

Cons:

Vaso com descarga ruim e no primeiro uso entupiu, precisamos chamar um funcionário pra desentupir o que foi constrangedor. Além disso o ralo do chuveiro tbm estava entupido e acumulava água.
