According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

A recepção cobrou pelo serviço de garagem devido ao manobrista, serviço este não solicitado. Hotel ficou de reembolsar o valor de R$ 40,00 através de depósito na minha conta e até agora isso não ocorreu.

Apesar do pedido de cuidado com a água, dos frascos de sabonete e shampoo no banheiro, no café da manhã os copos e colheres eram plásticos e isso foi meio chocante...
O hotel não tem rampa nem um auxiliar para ajudar com as malas.
