Pros:

Breakfast was ok. We requested the chef to make a dish without onion and garlic and he readily agreed for it.

Cons:

AC was not working. Wifi was not working, toilet seats were yellowish. For complimentary water had to remind them 2 times to get in the room. Wifi had to request 2 times to restart the router but nobody turned. Bags we had to drag out ourselves upto the car as the bell boy did not come.

Pros:

I had an amazing stay. The property is super good and clean. I liked the staff who were very supportive. Especially the reception guy who did my check in and check out, I guess his name was abhinav. Thank you so much for the smooth experience of everything

Cons:

Just a small suggestion. Please add bathrobe and bath tub salts as well in the toiletries.

I recently stayed at Pal heights mantra Hotel in Bhubaneswar and had a wonderful experience. The front office staff was very polite and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and quick. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with all necessary amenities. Housekeeping was efficient, and the restaurant served delicious food with good variety. The location of the hotel is convenient, close to major attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.
