中国国内で使える電話がなかったので、シャトルバスに乗るのに少し 手間取りました
Everthing especially the free pick up service. In the morning when the vehicle was not at the hotel the staff ordered a free taxi for me. I'm very grateful for that.
Will definitely book this hotel again when I have another long flight transfer in Guanzhou.

Встреча в аэропорте удобно, но проблемная и долгая коммуникация с персоналом если вы не используете китайские мессенджеры. К счастью рано утром трансфер состоялся идеально по расписанию и договору.
Не понравится что не очень удобно добираться до города. Мы договорились что вечером когда мы поедем в отель после прогулки трансфер нас снова встретит если мы напишем заранее, но никто не отвечал поэтому пришлось брать такси , а если вы не подготовленный турист в аэропорте не мало таксистов которые могут обмануть. Поэтому важно подготовиться .

Very comfortable room. Close to night market, Airport, Auto market. They provide airport transfer.

The room was big and good value for money. stayed for a overnight for a flight the next day. The staff were helpful, the shuttle bus to and from the hotel and airport is an added bonus. The location is perfect, near by to a street food vendors and a local market. Shout out to the staff for getting my phone back to me as I left it on the shuttle bus.

Modern and well appointed Hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Very responsive to messages sent. Excellent free and frequent airport shuttle bus. We had to leave early the next morning and were concerned we would miss breakfast but all passengers on our 5am airport shuttle bus were provided with brown bag breakfasts - very much appreciated.
Be aware if you have not paid before you arrive, Visa cards are not accepted in China. Luckily, our party also had a Mastercard, which allowed us to pay for our rooms.
Lovely room set up. Atmosphere was very nice and comfortable. Loved the double shower heads. Beds were comfortable.
Despite being an international airport hotel, communication wad difficult having to use Google translate. Organisation of the hotel shuttle was difficult having to download Weechat. Also listing 3 adults for our room only having 2 king-single sized beds, luckily there was one couple happy to squish together. There was only towels for 2 and the fridge wasn't even plugged in. When requesting an extra towel and water, no towel was given and we had to call multiple times to receive our water. The glazed bathroom setup is okay if you're with your family or partner but not with someone you wouldn't want seeing you sit on the toilet.
The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. There is a free airport shuttle every hour. The breakfast was phenomenal, so many choices. There is nothing that one could fault about this hotel.

Breakfast was okay. Staff were helpful! The free shutter to airport is useful. Room design is great and the bed linen was the best I ever had in all my overseas work travels at 4-star hotels!
Other than being near the airport, it was far from the town area.
