It was a pleasant and pleasurable stay. Everyone madebisvferlnwelcome
Pros:

The breskfast was excellent. Included most of what you would want at breakfast.
We even got fried yuka (favorite request n̈of my wife). The bar was great. Those gentlemen know how to mix drinks. Thebroom was well prepared.

Cons:

The billing was off. I paid morecthzn zi eas quoted. I tookna room upgrade, but zi don't think thatvthe 33% added to the account wjen I checked in was not taken off when I checked out. Had to run to getbto the ship. Had no time to argue.

el complejo en general muy bonito, instalaciones comodas, personal de primera calidad en todo tipo, muy atentos, el desayuno buffet muy bueno, las camas comidas, te dan todo tipo de accesos y servicios, piscina climatizada, realmente volveria a llegar al hotel si llego a retornar peru, todo muy cerca

Cons:

el horario de piscina la ampliaria almenos hasta las 9pm, aunque tienen apertura desde las 6am
en piscina ideal tener un lugar dentro del rooftop para que te proporcionen toallas

Great stay but avoid rooftop restaurant
Pros:

It is very well designed. Very pop and funny but also quite elegant. Excellent staff, good breakfast and very comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Service at the rooftop bar is very average as well as its food selection. Also, what I really do not like is when they serve you Evian or San Pellegrino over charging you for water. I felt the rooftop didn’t match the vibe of a fun, casual and value for money.

Great hotel to kick off a trip in Peru
Pros:

- Very friendly staff members that helped me out with multiple requests/questions.

Cons:

The pool area (rooftop) is a bit underwhelming. The music style (trance) was not our kind of vibe to be able to relax over there.

MIGLIOR HOTEL DI LIMA, PECCATO SENZA BIDET.

Bellissima esperienza, personale molto gentile soprattutto quello della piscina, colazione tra le migliori mai viste al mondo in vita mia, e vi assicuro che ne ho girati tanti di Hotel a cinque stelle ma questa ci si potrebbe fare colazione pranzo e cena, c’era praticamente di tutto e tutto di qualità, uno stile e un’arte che sembrano veramente di stare in un museo di arte moderna, piscina bellissima, grande e con dei bei disegni Inca a richiamare la storia del Perù unita all’arte moderna. Posizione dell’albergo ottima vicino al parco della movida Kennedy. Il letto comodissimo. Se non fosse che manca il bidet, sarebbe stato uno dei migliori hotel in cui sono stato in vita mia quella è l’unica pecca.

Cons:

Un hotel a 5 stelle all’avanguardia come questo, le cui camere NON hanno il bidet, non si può guardare! È l’unico motivo per cui ho dato nove e non 10 sulla valutazione. Stentavo a crederci che non ci fosse il bidet nel bagno, dopo aver ammirato tutta quella tecnologia e arte e belle bellezza. Peccato una vera pecca perché con quello avrebbe raggiunto la perfezione come gli altri migliori hotel del mondo.
