Pros:

We had the pleasure of staying in many stunning properties all over the world. This may have topped them all. It’s like a tourist attraction in itself. The pool, the design, the people, like Oscar. The person in charge of hiring should get a medal. Another noteworthy element is the music. It’s like listening to my playlist during breakfast pool and just walking around. Not to mention I slept better than anywhere else on the planet. I’m not usually a good sleeper on vacation but this was a memorable exception.

Cons:

If I have to pick something it’s breakfast. It’s vast and plentiful but much of it just wasn’t good. The eggs were meh, the juices tasted like water. The coffee machine didn’t work most of the time. But we managed to find plenty of yummy stuff like the yoghurt with granola and fruits.

Pros:

By far the best hotel we stayed in during our time in Peru. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and staff was always kind and welcoming. We arrived much earlier than check in and the staff was incredibly kind to let us check in upon arrival instead of having to wait for the official check in time. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Great shower with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, which isn’t easy to find in Peru.

Cons:

We were on the 12th floor just below the rooftop bar, and at night we could hear music from the bar. We aren’t light sleepers so it didn’t bother us, but if you are consider requesting a lower floor. Otherwise the rooms are super well sound-insulated and we never heard sounds from other guests or rooms.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to.
Pros:

I love the location and love how beautiful the hotel is. Plus, the hotel also has speakers in the rooms, which was such a cool touch. It is very great for couples, and I would definitely come back in the future.

Cons:

I don't like the smell of the body soap in the bathroom; other than that, it was a great experience.

Nice hotel, could up their game for a 5 star hotel. Definitely a lot better than our first stay 2 weeks prior

Nice room, location and cleanliness as well as the attentiveness of the gentleman that checked us in

Cons:

Rest of staff with exception of gentleman that checked us in not very attentitive or pleasant. Also whilst having drinks at the bar my wife felt very uncomfortable with the rest of the public who mainly came for the party on Floor 13. These party goers don’t mix well with a 5 star establishment

Schöner Poolbereich

Cons:

Unglaublicher Lärm bis 1:00 Uhr morgens aufgrund extrem lauter Musik in der Rooftop-Bar.
Zimmer unbedingt abseits der Bar buchen, wir waren nach 2 schlaflosen Nächten gezwungen das Zimmer zu wechseln.
