The room was very clean and comfortable.
It was extremely cold and we needed to pay extra to get a heater. It was very small and didn’t help at all. There was also a problem with hot water.

Everything great. Nice place, nice hotel. The only issue was that it was cold in the room. They charged 10$ USD for a heater. I think this information should be on the website.

No heat, the place was very cold. Our fellow travelers were on a different floor and they didn’t even have a shower curtain. Completely different bathroom. It seems to builder use whatever you could get his hands on.

The staff was absolutely great, very lovely and helpful Lady. The hotel is located in the center of Puquio and you can walk everywhere, they also have a nearby parking space to park your car which was great help. The room was very clean and practical.
The only downside for me was that there was no breakfast served at the hotel so I had to get out at 07.00 (it was really cold) and it was a challenge to find something fresh & hot at a small town like Puquio. Apart from that, it was very good.
The property is new - it’s very clean, well appointed and in a good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated getting an extra blanket in a very cold night! We also appreciated being able to bring our motorbikes into the hotel for safe keeping!
The hotel is new so everything looks perfect. It was comfortable. We got an extra blanket and we were warm overnight. The shower was hot.
