Öncelikle otelin rezervasyonundan, çıkışımıza kadar bizimle ve tâleplerimiźle birebir ilgilenen Tahir Bey'e sonsuz teşekkürler. Aile ortamında hissettik. Otel temizdi. Güvenliydi. Very nice location with jacuzzi and balcony in Amsterdam
Pros:

The room is clean and the jacuzzi and the little balcony make the stay special.
The location is great and you can reach the city center very easily by bike or by bus

Personal muy agradable, instalaciones bien.
Pros:

El personal muy agradable y la habitación muy limpia.

Cons:

4 pisos por escalera muy angosta con valijas es complicado. Habitación diminuta, sin aire, a la calle que tiene mucho movimiento, nos obligaba a cerrar la ventana y manejarnos con un ventilador.

Fantastisches kleines Hotel mit schöner Aussicht und großer Terrasse. Gemütliche Betten, ein Fernseher, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank sind auch vorhanden.

Cons:

Leider hat der Whirlpool nicht funktioniert und es war etwas warm ohne Klimaanlage.

Overall, our stay was a wonderful and relaxing experience with exceptionally friendly staff and a very clean room.

My second time staying at the alp hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect. 30 min walk to central station or tram across from the hotel. Friendly staff

Otel temiz ve çalışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. 4 günlük Amsterdam seyahatimizi sorunsuz geçirdik. Otelin konumu iyi ve güvenliydi. Girişte içecek ikram ettiler ve odamızda çikolata ve elma ikramı vardı. Teşekkür ederiz güzel konaklama için🙂

Wegen des guten Preis-/Leistunsverhältnisses für Amsterdam würde ich wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, man konnte die Innenstadt super zu fuß erreichen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns tolle Tipps zu Besichtigungen oder Lokalitäten gegeben.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach vorne. Es wurde sehr heiß in dem Zimmer und es war nachts laut, da die Straßenbahn regelmäßig laut quietschend um um die Kurve fuhr. Auch war das Zimmer wirklich extrem klein.
