Pros:

Wszystko było super. Pokój bardzo ładny, czysciutki i nie wiem skąd negatywne komentarze. Mohammed był dla nas bardzo pomocny, zresztą inni pracownicy podobnie. Jedynie klimatyzacja nie grzała w nocy, ale nie zgłaszałam nikomu, więc nie mogłabym.miec o to pretensji. Super ludzie i piękny widok z okna oraz z tarasu.

I had a wonderful stay at Eco Green Hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hospitality was truly excellent. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organised. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. Everything was clean, well organized, and very comfortable.

Cons:

The view from the hotel was beautiful and made the experience even better. I would also like to give a special thanks to Mahmoud, who was very attentive and kind during my stay. I also went on a great trip with him that I really enjoyed.

Great location, new and modern rooms, excellent staff
Pros:

New hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. At least the 203 where we stayed could easily match any hotel room priced double of this. Hughe windows facing the sunset and the pyramids. Little narrow balcony to sit out if you want, but there is a bigger rooftop too. The only backdraw as pretty much everyhere here is the streetnoise, but the windows sealing most of the noise out so we could sleep well. Staff Mahmoud and Omar was so helpful that many breand name hotel could learn from them.

Street noise, but it was bearable

Struttura con personale molto gentile e attento ad ogni vostra esigenza. Tutto lo staff dell'hotel è sempre stato disponibile, in particolare Omar che ci ha tempestivamente sistemato la linea Wi-Fi, Ali che si occupava della colazione sempre abbondante e continentale e Mahmoud che insieme ad Omar ci hanno accompagnato nella zona di negozi e souvenir con auto e tuc tuc e sono sempre stati insieme a noi. Dopo il giro ci hanno riportato in hotel e organizzato la cena sul rooftop con pizza d’asporto. Bellissima vista sulle piramidi di Giza dal rooftoop. Camera familiare con 5 letti molto comodi, bagno piccolo ma non manca nulla, ottima pulizia.

Pros:

A comfortable and clean hotel with a beautiful view from the terrace. Very close to the pyramids. The staff is helpful and available for all kinds of arrangements. Transportation can be organized upon request. I would especially like to praise the boy Omar. He is very kind, helpful, hardworking, and quick. He is always smiling, and his presence brightens your day.

Cons:

It’s still under construction or refurbishment. There were open switch boards and hence makes it risky with kids.
We saw lots of windows etc still had tape on it.

The rooms didn’t have any ventilation, took couple of nights for them to arrange it.
It was hard to explain and get some stuff like housekeeping, towels for each person etc. hopefully with experience it will be more mature process
