Pros:

Das Highlight dieses Hotels war definitiv die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Pyramiden. Das Personal war ebenso stets freundlich und sehr bemüht, einer der Besitzer hat sogar am Flughafen auf uns gewartet um Sicherzustellen, dass der Fahrer der uns abholen sollte und wir uns auch finden. Die Englischkenntnisse aller dort arbeitenden sind allerdings sehr basic. Das Zimmer war einfach gehalten, die Betten waren bequem. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können aber es war noch im Rahmen.

Cons:

Das Gebäude in dem sich das Hotel befindet ist zu 80 % ein Rohbau. Rezeption ist ausgebaut, dann fährt man mit dem Aufzug zu den Zimmern im 10. & 11. Stock und Restaurant/Dachterrasse. Wenn man nicht versucht die Treppen zu nehmen und vorm Haus nicht mal nach oben sieht fällt es vermutlich den wenigsten auf. Als wir dort waren hat es jedoch geregnet, so viel dass Wasser in die Elektronik des Hauses lief und der Strom weg war. Als wir auschecken wollten ging also leider der Aufzug nicht mehr und wir mussten durch das zugemüllte dunkle Rohbau-Treppenhaus, nicht so wirklich prickelnd mit einem 4-Jährigen Kind.
Der Lärm von der Straße ist wirklich enorm, es wird bis 4 Uhr Nachts gehupt wie wild und die Straßenhunde bellen permanent. Unbedingt Ohropax einpacken! Die Fenster haben kein Schallisolierung.
Das Viertel an sich ist eher arm, als westlicher Tourist ist man dort schon eher eine Attraktion. Wir haben uns jedoch nie unsicher gefühlt. Aber es ist wirklich laut und schmutzig dort. Der einzige Vorteil ist die Lage direkt an den Pyramiden und am GEM, mit dem Auto fahren muss man jedoch trotzdem, es gibt wenig Infrastruktur für Fußgänger.

1. Value for money- good discount and also included a good breakfast.
2. Great location- So close to the pyramids in Giza and the Great Egyptian museum
3. Great views of the pyramids - from the bedrooms and also from the hotels rooftop terrace
4. Very friendly staff
All staff were always helping, supporting. We even got a breakfast box when we left one morning on a day trip.
Mahmoud, Omar, Daoud & Sabrina all made the experience so much more enjoyable. Mahmoud even picked us up from the airport. He also arranged for some of my new dresses to be altered in like a few hours.. impressive. He kindly recommended some local salons for massages too.
No matter what time you called them, they were always so attentive and rushed to meet our needs whether it was for towels, teabags, ironing..anything and everything. We will defo come again. We left feeling sad, like we were leaving our family ❤️

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour un court séjour
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Le Caire. Literie très confortable et douche chaude avec du débit. Vue sur les Pyramides. Accueil chaleureux. Surclassement.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était correct mais non conforme aux photos.
Pas de ménage sur 4 nuits
Plein centre ville et donc très bruyant

Omar Mostafa such a good guide!
Pros:

I had a very good accomodation here and Omar Mostafa helped us a lot with everything and drove us to the bus station also. He's very nice and knows spanish and english. Also Mahmoud treated us excellent.

Ce qui m'a vraiment dérangé, c'est que l'hôtel est classé cinq étoiles sur Booking.com, mais qu'en réalité, il est classé moins d'une étoile et manque des commodités les plus élémentaires.

Lo staff è molto disponibile, ma l’interno delle stanze per quanto spazioso non è per nulla confortevole

Cons:

L’edificio che ospita la struttura è al grezzo per 8 piani, solo gli ultimi due dell’hotel sono completati, la stanza era fredda, senza riscaldamento, la finestra non si apre perché è stata montata male. Il bagno ha tutte le pendenze sbagliate e si allaga subito, l’acqua calda dura molto poco, basta per per una sola doccia veloce.

Pros:

Отель новый (по Египетским меркам), при этом живя на верхних этажах, нижние этажи отсутствовали, это очень странно. В номере, в целом, всё есть: удобная кровать, хорошее белье, стол и стулья, холодильник. Утром подавали завтрак.
Очень красивый вид на пирамиды с балкона кафе.
До пирамид 15 минут пешком, правда придется переходить оживлённое шоссе.

Cons:

1. Персонал, конечно, никуда не годится: у нас кончился единственный рулон туалетной бумаги - мальчик на ресепшен предложил купить бумагу за деньги.
2. В комнате не ловит wi fi
3. Странная душевая, что она есть, что нет - всё заливается водой. Положить вещи некуда - нет полочек на стенах.
4. Персонал в зоне завтраков невероятно медленно всё делает - завтрака можно ждать 40 минут и то могут принести не всё (фалафель - нет, фуль - нет).
5. Ужинать там не советую - цены огромные. Так там и не ест никто. Столы шатаются.
6. За все дни проживания ни разу не убирались.

Если устранить все недостатки, то отель будет очень хорошим.

Aucun regret. Très belle chambre.
Pros:

Lits hyper confortables.
Vue magnifique.
Le personnel était très gentil.
Petite épicerie en face , pour acheter d El eau des bananes et autres.

Cons:

Accès au wifi de notre chambre insuffisant. Nécessite d’aller dans le couloir.
Pas très bien insonorisé, mais cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé.
