Es una muy buena opción de hotel, el personal es muy amable y servicial, apenas llegas te ofrecen aromáticas y agua en botella para subir a la habitación.

Las habitaciones son muy lindas y amplias, las camas cómodas y calientitas, aparte encima del armario te dejan más cobijitas por si te da frío, cuenta con televisor, mesa para trabajar. Y armario.

en mi caso contaba con desayuno incluído y te dan 6 opciones de menú, lastimosamente la opción del tamal solo está para los fines de semana. Pero tienen caldos, changua, sandwich, huevos, fruta, arepa boyacense junto con su bebida caliente o fría, la verdad muy rico el desayuno 🥣 el desayuno es de 7 a 9 pero tienen servicio a la habitación sin costo alguno.

El hotel cuenta con parqueadero, no se asusten si llegan y no lo ven, la entrada al mismo es por la parte de atrás y es bastante amplio y cubierto.

Cuenta con ascensor, por si vienen con una persona con movilidad reducida o con muchas maletas y te toca el 5to piso.

Pdt: hay opción de almuerzo y a un costo bastante económico también tienen varios menús o puedes armar tu bandeja.

Tiene una vista espectacular si das con habitación a la calle.

El check out es a las 12:00 si estás por fuera te llaman a recordarte. Aunque puedes pagar la hora adicional.

Cons:

Lo único malo y que no me fijé antes de bañarme es que el secador del cabello no sirve.

Very nice place, overall recommended.
Pros:

All staffs are very nice and patient. Especially, they are very patient with using Google Translate for foreigners (like me) who do not speak Spanish. Willing to help with anything requested, e.g. printing documents, receiving packages.

Cons:

The only thing I don't like is the shower. The water is not warm enough.

Cons:

Ocurrió algo desagradable: el cristal de la ducha se rompió de repente, golpeándome la mano y causándole cortes a mi socia , que se alojaba en el hotel con su hijo de 11 años. Si el niño hubiera estado en su lugar, la situación podría haber sido mucho más grave.
Estas son cosas que no deben ocurrir en ningún hotel.
