Pros:

mala atencion, no entregaron la habitacion, se les solicito control para el tv, fueron dos veces y nunca volvieron , sin jabon. Las instalaciones son buenas, pero el servicio pesimo, nunca hay nadie en recepcion. No se pudo ver tv ni bañasrse con jabon. Deben contratar una recepcionista constante y entregar las habitaciones con todos los servicios que ofrecen.

Good stay in an ideal traveler's location.
Pros:

The staff was very good. The location is very approximate to the airport, which is great for travelers.

I would definitely stay there again, when I'm in the area.

Cons:

Some of the locks were a bit difficult to operate.

You will get some noise from the aircraft taking off, which may bother some people.

There is some loud music in the evening from the neighboring barrio. But if you know Colombia, you will understand that Colombian cities tend to be noisy, and part of the experience.

These are all minor things.

La cama era muy incómoda y el baño no estaba limpio, encontramos un manojo de pelo en el sumidero. Nos cobraron por dejar las mochilas ya que el check in no estaba disponible hasta las 15h

Se puede ir andando al aeropuerto

Cons:

Lo ruidoso que era el sitio. Música a las 10 de la noche... el personal hablando a gritos y teniendo video llamadas en la mitad del pasillo... el sonido de los aviones era lo de menos. Había cero intimidad. Ese sitio es solamente para pasar la noche si tienes un vuelo temprano. Pero dormirás fatal y te despertarás reventado.
Para no mencionar el bicho que había en la cama nada mas llegar....

Pros:

La ubicación. Está cerca del aeropuerto. Es un sitio para pasar unas horas entre vuelos o si llega tarde el avión y vas a otro sitio por la mañana, como fue nuestro caso. No más.

Cons:

La habitación sin ventilación y pequeña. Había insectos, un saltamontes y bichitos pequeños. Al entrar, vimos que el baño había sido usado hace poco y no habían limpiado ni tirado de la cisterna.

Nous logions dans la chambre 8 et nous l'avons trouvé plutôt calme. Évidemment il y a le bruit des avions mais c'est normal compte tenu de la localisation de l'hôtel. La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle.
Nous avons apprécié la réactivité et la disponibilité du personnel, à notre écoute à la suite du tremblement de terre, vécu en direct de la salle d'embarquement de l'aéroport de Pereira. Ils nous ont ré-attribué la chambre rapidement et ont été flexibles sur le mode de paiement (plus d'électricité dans la ville).
