Pros:

Sehr netter und sympathischer Gastgeber, super nahe Lage zum Flughafen was praktisch ist, wenn man spät ankommt oder früh fliegt (Fußweg 5-6 Minuten)

Cons:

Leider sehr tiefe Decken, vor allem im Bad. Wir als kleinere Frauen (166cm und 156 cm) empfanden es schon als sehr eng und grade so machbar. Für größere Leute quasi unmöglich zu Duschen oder das Bad angenehm zu nutzen (man müsste sich durchgehen bücken). Generell war es etwas feucht in dem Zimmer.

It was what it was. For one night it was manageable, and I understand that for just a few hours you can’t expect the best room — but still, some basics should be taken care of.
There were moldy corners in the room, quite a few dead bugs, and the bed linen wasn't clean, a lot of stains. The air quality in the room wasn’t good. There was a fan, but it didn’t help much. I couldn’t open the window because it faced the outside stairs, and there was also a fountain right in front of it, which made it impractical.
Overall, it’s only suitable if you need a place to sleep for a few hours before an early morning airport departure — but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

Cons:

El servicio de aseo y arreglo a la habitación fue deficiente. Al llegar la segunda, la habitación estaba sin camas tendidas, sin barrer, sin trapear. La primera noche una de las habitaciones tenía el jabón del huésped anterior.
