generally short stay is fine with the pricing you are getting.
Pros:

Hotel Royal Blooms which is very near (5min) to visiting company. there is a restaurant just beside so food (dinner) is not an issue. Wifi is strong (5G/2.4G). Staffs are friendly and helpful for request.

Cons:

the bedsheet looks yellow (not sure because of lighting) but comfortable. Do not expect daily cleanup. no toilet paper available. no laundry service. there is some noise as it is located at main roadside (i am ok with that though). short stay is fine. for longer stay (> 1 week), may consider other hotel with laundry service availability.

Cons:

Breakfast was pathetic, we just had breakfast once. Once the bathroom exhaust stopped working, the repair work didn't happen during our stay

Location close to office.

Cons:

Bathroom hygiene, bad maintenance of towels given and replaced post asking, food quality served at room is pathetic. No deserts for purchase if interested to have. Not getting comprised if 1/- is due even. I made a hotel bill of 830/- and paid 820/- online because of handwriting. While checkout time they were keen despite I paid hotel bill around 4600/- for 2 day accommodation.

Decent basic stay. Did the job without any surprises.
Pros:

Simple. No hassles.

Cons:

Rooms had a strong perfume smell. No chair in the room to sit, forget a sofa. AC was intermittent.
