Comfortable stay but the internet was really bad.
Pros:

The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable
The place was near where we were working, hence convenient.
The breakfast and in general the food was great.

Cons:

The logistics of payment. They should allow payment at booking.com so that there is no confusion of rates or amount with the reception staff when you arrive.

Simply annoying.

Cons:

Despite my request the night before for breakfast to be ready by 6.30 it was not ready and had to leave at 7.00 without eating.No refund
Second I had to effect a change of room to a smaller room but with no refund

Cons:

The hotel is next to the highway, which is under construction and hence quite dusty and noisy. The breakfast was very simple.

Pros:

Location was great - right on the main road and parking was right infront of the reception.

Cons:

Room design, furniture allocation, shower (all open with wash basin and loo) - shower floor slope was taking all the water towards the loo instead of the shower drain itself. Food was not nice at all - no flavour - chicken was old and chewy (guessing re-using the leftovers).

Pros:

My experience with the staff and comfort of the rooms was really good. But the breakfast took away some marks as it was really cold - from sweet potatoes, to mushroom, water for tea etc.

Die Anreise mit dem über das Hotel bestellten Sammeltaxi funktionierte gut (war dafür aber nicht billig); sehr freundliche Rezeption und Bar; tolles Zimmer; abnehmbarer Duschkopf; sehr guter Preis für eine wirklich sehr gutem Standard entsprechende Unterkunft; der Concierge war erkennbar sehr bemüht (und erfolgreich), mir ein Taxi zu besorgen; außerhalb der großen Touristenströme in Tansania hätte ich so ein Hotel wirklich nicht erwartet

Modern property, in a good location at fantastic value for money
Pros:

A very modern property, with all the necessities for a comfortable stay whilst in Mbeya. There was a restaurant on site which made accessing good food easier, and a buffet breakfast was also served. Large rooms, good sized en suite bathroom, storage facilities along with a desk space and chair.

Cons:

There is nothing I didn’t like. The property exceeded expectations.
