Pros:

Excelente Servicio del personal en general pero me es importante mencionar y resaltar a la señorita giovana la atención su carisma.
Aparte de eso me encantó el hotel el paisaje muy limpia la habitación. El desayuno muy rico y variado, las cama muy cómoda, y al despertar viendo los jardines el paisaje fué maravilloso.

Pros:

Tiene buenas instalaciones, el desayuno es variado

Cons:

La atenciòn del personal no es tan òptima, ya que algunos miembros de recepciòn no eran tan amables.
Podrian darle un mejor mantenimiento a algunos artefactos, por ejemplo la secadora de pelo de mi habitaciòn no funcionaba y la calefacciòn no funcionaba bien.

Pros:

Grande, tranquilo y silencioso, limpio, personal amable, con calefactor, con secadora de pelo, con estacionamiento, espacios comunes con juegos.

Cons:

Demoraron varias semanas en entregarme la boleta y tuve que escribir reiteradas veces solicitándola.

Absolutamente todo... Desde la situación del lodge, su jardin, las vistas al volcán humeante, la limpieza, la amplitud de la habitación familiar (con un calefactor, colchas extras, una ducha enorme, colchones comodídimos...) hasta el desayuno... Nos da pena no habernos quedado más noches!

Pros:

Cadre calme, la chambre est grande, propre, bonne literie et salle de bain complète.
Un peu excentré du centre et en retrait de la route pas de bruit. Bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Le restaurant n'est pas le point fort de plus cher par rapport aux plats servis.

Oportunidad de mejorar la atencion
Pros:

El cuarto tenía calefactor, la cama y cubrecamas eran de buena calidad no se sentía frío.

Cons:

Nos cambiaron de habitación a una que no cumplía con las especificaciones de lo que mostraban en las imágenes. El televisor era antiguo y no se veia con nitidez los canales. Se excusado se que el hotel estaba lleno. Luego nos dieron otra habitacion por reclamo nuestro. El personal no fue amable, al contactar por booking no respondían, y cuando se les preguntó por como llegar al hotel sólo atinaron a decir dond quedaba pero fueron amables con decirnos como llegar. Se nota falta de atención.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was generous and warm. The property is lovely. The setting is gorgeous. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the town square where there are restaurants and shops. The alpaca on the property are so cute. Loved seeing them every day.
