حجزت الفندق وقلتلهم اني هوصل الساعه 6 وبعدين وصلت وعمال اكلمهم مش بيردو ويقولولي ان الغرف مليانه وانا حاجز من بوكينج اصلا وبكلمهم اقولهم يبعتولي اللوكيشن لان ع الواتس في لوكيشن وعلى بوكينج لوكيشن تاني وبقولهم اي لوكيشن يقولي مفيش غرف ومش راضي
مكان هادئ ونظيف والمضيف محترم جدا ومتعاون

The worst place I have ever been before

There was no hotel by that name in the entire area, and there was no hotel at all on this site!!!
The staff waiters/cleaners were nice and helpful.
When we first arrived we got taken to a dead end, and then the hotel manager directed us to the hotel which had no signage and it was called another hotel and not what it was advertised as, me and my family were tired but Yusuf was adamant to take us to the roof upstairs to see the pyramids on arrival he also wanted to book activities after long hours journey with young children we wanted to go sleep. Baring in mind it's 11:30 pm at night. Next morning another assistant is at my door waiting for activities to be booked he then hovered whilst we ate breakfast which was very overwhelming. When we denied their request the was hostile with us the rest of the holiday.
The rooms were very dirty , dusty, and covers/pillows were stained . Bathrooms smelled of sewage, no mirrors , sink leaks it was a disaster , so we got moved
To another room however similar condition with a greater smell this time of a strong smoke smell as if someone smoking in the room which we the. Realize that about 4 men were smoking in the office near our room. When mentioning dit they sprayed strong airfreshner which lasted probably 10 min.
There is no lift which meant climbing 5 flights of stairs with my elderly mum just to get to the "cafe" were tables were very dusty and dirty, kitchen was barely used as apparently food was brought over from another branch hotel near by. We paid full board for a service in which food was not being cooked in the kitchen. We asked for omelette they said they don't do it even though this was advertised in the picture l, to then waiting 1 hour and no food served this happened on one occasion. After complaining theu gave us an omelette
Not somewhere I'll ever go again or recommend to anyonelse.

Ragab, Tito, Esaım'a teşekkür ederiz. Otelin konumu piramitlere çok yakın manzarası da çok iyi. Yemekler gayet güzel ve yenilebilir. En üstteki king oda çok iyiydi ancak balkon manzarası biraz alakasız yerlere bakıyor.
Sevmediğimiz hiçbir şey olmadı. çok memnun kaldık
عدم وجود مصعد خصوصا ان الغرفة كانت بالدور الخامس...وده كان متعب جدا
