I usually do not write reviews unless its really good or really bad! Unfortunately this is a bad one. Don't get me wrong, the good parts are that, the room is as advertised, it looks really clean, potentially well maintained. Lets talk about all the issues I have faced.
🚩First, FALSE ADVERTISING on ROOM PRICES. I made a booking using booking.com for 840 INR and when I arrive they say, I need to pay 1400 INR for the room. I had to negotiate it down to 1300 INR. Once the booking has been made, there shouldn't be a need to negotiate prices, Its called a reservation because I have reserved it for the price and time.
🚩 Booked an A/C room and was allotted a NON A/C room, again had to negotiate and talk them pay them extra to get into an A/C room
🚩 SMELLS LIKES CIGARETTES ALL NIGHT. I had to wear a mask when I went to bad so that I don't die of asthama. A little too late for me to recognize its too late to switch bookings.
🚩 Staff really doesn't want to put in any effort to help the customer, any issue, I had to get on a call with the owner, explain my problem all over again, to have my concern shot down.
🚩 I still am waiting for my receipt for which I paid 1300 INR in cash. When asked for one, they referred me to check booking.com where the receipt is reflection of false advertisement.

Gave ⭐️⭐️ just because the room was as advertised. Everything else mentioned is false. Even now, google shows room per day is around 600 INR which is completely FALSE and a SCAM. Avoid at all costs.
