Excelente ubicación y magníficas piscinas
Pros:

Ubicación, amplitud de la habitación, maravillosas piscinas, Uzu pool bar (personal super atento: Wilson, Cristian)

Cons:

Servicio del desayuno. El personal amable (no la cocinera), pero desorganizado.
Servicio de habitaciones: poca lo claridad sobre horarios y cambio de toallas (pocas para un lugar de playa) y no hay botella de agua.
La zona de acceso a la playa no esta en buenas condiciones

I'll be back again. This is the best hotel on the entire Colombian coast.
Pros:

Everything was great - location, room, hotel staff, food, service

Cons:

The shower didn't drain, but the drain was fine—that was a renovation issue. It wasn't a major issue, though. There was also no way to dry laundry after the pool or the sea; we just laid it out on the balcony floor. There is also a construction site nearby, but the hotel windows are noise-absorbing, so it didn't bother us much.

Pros:

La atención del personal , es espectacular. Las instalaciones son maravillosas-

Cons:

El sistema de entrega de toallas , todos los días hay que devolverlas y al otro día volverlas a pedir a través de una anotación de un papel , creo que se podrían modernizar con un computador o unas tarjetas que le entregan a la persona la toalla y al final del viaje uno las develve y en el intermedio se puedan cambiar sin problema.
Y lo segundo que no tengan un soplo punto , por lo menos otro punto en la playa .

Me hicieron un. Cobro mayor al que presenta en booking antes de impuesto.. nunca me lo devolvieron, en el check in la persona no sabia que hacer llamo a otra encargada y nos dijo que en el check out nos cruzaban con gastos pero al final nos cobraron todo y nunca hubo devolucioon. El check era a las 12:00 y desde las 11:55 nos llamaron por telefono para salir de la habitacion. Ademas tenian una conferência y todo era colapsado. Elevadores colapsados, piscinas colpsadas.. y obvio ellos tenian prioridad… esperas de mas de 15 min en elevadores esperandolos al final desistia de bajar o subir era imposible…

Nos encantó todo!
Pros:

Las instalaciones, la atención del personal, el buffet supercompleto, la disponibilidad y lo tranquilo de la playa, nos gustó mucho la música en vivo en la azotea y las piscinas son muy bonitas. Me hubiese gustado que me aclararan por qué no nos buscaron en el aeropuerto al llegar si hicimos la solicitud con suficiente tiempo.

Cons:

Como sugerencia les diría que pongan secador de pelo en las habitaciones y servicio de netflix en televisión, de resto todo bien!
