Pros:

The location is very good. The beach is very near. Also other locations are very well connected from here. Breakfast is pretty good. Also the view from common veranda was very enjoyable, though it is public veranda.

Cons:

The check in process was very bad. It was very hectic as I was traveling with my pregnant wife. Though I have contacted with them about my arrival time, the did not give me room. After arguing with them, they put me in a different room. The room was not clean at all. Hairs were falling around here and there. No shoe was provided. Bed sheet and pillow sheets were very dirty.

Amazing place with incredible view.
Pros:

The location was just perfect with an amazing view. Their service was awesome as the staff were friendly and everything was very easy, from check-in to check out. Would recommend.

I think most things were just as they were supposed to be. So, no complaints.
