Mañana lo mejor del sitio es su ubicación, que el agua de la ducha salía caliente, que no dejaron guardar las maletas el último día

Cons:

Nos pusieron toallas de menos solamente para una persona cuando la reserva era de dos, no nos la cambiaron en una semana ni las sábanas tampoco y las sábanas cuando llegamos estaban manchadas. No hay ascensor y la escaleras son muy verticales tenemos que subir todos los días tres plantas. Solamente había una mesita de noche y tenía que poner el móvil a cargar sobre la cama, no había armario y no faltaba espacio la habitación muy pequeña.

A clean, friendly, and conveniently located hotel, but let down by steep stairs, a lack of basic ame
Pros:

The room was very clean, but apart from the beds, there was pretty much nothing in it. We travel very often, so we really missed having a kettle, mugs, tea bags, or coffee in the room. We had a private toilet, but it was located downstairs. Every time the kids had to use it, I had to walk down with them because the stairs were very dangerous. I don't really understand why hotel prices in Amsterdam are so high when the standard is so low. The only pluses are that the hotel is very close to Amsterdam Central and the staff are very friendly.

Cons:

lack of basic amenities (like a kettle and coffee), the inconvenience and safety hazard of having the toilet downstairs with steep stairs for the kids, and the poor value for money compared to the high prices in Amsterdam.
