A nossa estadia em casal no Ibis Cancun Centro foi excelente. O quarto é muito confortável, com uma cama boa e ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, garantindo ótimas noites de descanso. Além disso, a limpeza geral do local estava boa.
O grande diferencial do hotel é a sua localização estratégica no centro, perfeita para casais que buscam praticidade. Há uma conveniência "Seven Eleven" ao lado da hospedagem que funciona 24 horas e um mini supermercado Walmart também do lado que fica aberto até as 22h, o que facilitou muito a nossa rotina para comprar lanches e itens de última hora.
O café da manhã não estava incluso na nossa diária, mas pagamos para experimentar por um dia; achamos que é um café simples. No geral, nada que tenha atrapalhado a viagem.
Reasonable price and location.
There was a smell in the toilet… and I was waken up around 6am by a buzzing noise
Segue o padrão Ibis, o hotel é novo, próximo a um shopping (que não é muita coisa), mas que tem alguns restaurantes bem razoáveis e um supermercado. Um pouco afastado das atrações turísticas, mas compensa pelo ótimo custo benefício.
Tudo estava dentro do esperado.
Location
The location is good but very bad Wifi and the flush in the bathroom wasn't working properly. I complained but they couldn't do anything about it. I checked in late at night and there was no water in the hotel and they asked me to go to the supermarket next door, which was closed. There was no water in the hotel even if I wanted to pay for it
