Una estadía tranquila y amena.
Pros:

Nos gusto que todo estaba bien aseado, las habitaciones limpias, la piscina también, nos gustó el jacuzzi, y nos gustó la vista que tiene, los árboles que se pueden apreciar y la vista.

Cons:

El único inconveniente fue que queríamos ir al jacuzzi nuevamente pero se había dañado, e intentamos ir al sauna pero también se dañó.
La única recomendación es que sería bueno que alguien esté en la recepción para poder comunicarnos con el personal, así no tocaría estar llamandolos o escribiendo les al WhatsApp. Aunque por teléfono y WhatsApp si nos atendieron todo el tiempo.

Los precios no co cuerda con la.informaciom entregada, en el lugar de juegos hayuchos bichos y no hay un sistema para mantener el lugar limpio de bichos, las zonas húmedas dicen que tiene costo adicional de 30 mil pesos pero ya estando en el lugar nos co raban 40 mil pesos por sauna y 40 mil por jacuzzi, el costo de la habitación también en comparacion a la informacion subió 26.000 pesos, no hay parlante o equipo para sonido y los TV no tienen acceso a Internet

Reserve por la página con anticipación, llame camino al hotel y no me contestaron, ya era tarde, un taxista se contacto con el hotel y si le contestaron y le comenté que yo si había reservado con anticipación y dejé mis datos en la página para que se contactaran si había algún inconveniente, pero nunca lo hicieron y como es un poco alejado del pueblo hubiéramos llegado y el regreso o ver otro hospedaje en medio de un lugar desconocido y lejos de la parte central era bastante complicado. Después de contactarse el hotel con el taxista, ahí ya me escribieron justo después por Whatsapp a decir que no había disponibilidad, ya tarde, gracias al taxista encontramos otro lugar de lo contrario no supiera que hubiera hecho. Me comentaron que fue por problemas con booking, por eso pido por favor no cobren cargo adicional porque fue un incidente.
