La propreté et l'emplacement
L'accueil du personnel, très froid, pas sympathique, pas attentionné. Et ils ne faisaient que de s'engueuler
Struttura molto accogliente
L’hôtel est partagé en 3 entités. Nous logions à la Villa Noci où il y a 6 chambres. Cet établissement vient d’être rénové et cela était très bien. Par contre on a eu un sérieux problème d’humidité dans notre chambre et cela était inacceptable (chambre 4).
On en a parlé à la réception au départ et la personne était charmante et nous a fait une ristourne sur nos petits déjeuners et sur le massage. Mais en fait, cette chambre n’aurait pas dû être proposée au client.
Dommage car le reste était impeccable, salle de bain nickel, piscine super bien, petit déjeuner excellent.
On avait réservé au restaurant un soir et il y avait un groupe. Lorsque l’on est arrivé, la personne en charge était énervée, pas disponible et on a attendu 5 min sans que personne ne nous dise où nous asseoir. On est parti et on a été manger ailleurs;

La ubicación
Paisible, lieu enchanteur, hôtel confortable et piscine/espace jardin superbes. Excellent déjeuner, varié avec un excellent service amical au déjeuner (Borgo Noce Chianti).
Le restaurant de l'hôtel nous a servi des plats froids (lasagne, pâtes, etc.) service autain avec beaucoup de commentaires.
