è un piccolo paradiso, tutto super curato senza risultare artificiale, ho amato ogni dettaglio. Il personale era davvero cordiale e disponibile, il soggiorno è stato molto rilassante e senza pensieri

Authentic rustic stay but chilly in September
Pros:

Pretty location in the woods, comfortable room

Cons:

It was chilly in September as hidden in a valley. Couldn't use the pool as too cold. Restaurant had a lot of mosquitoes flying around!

We thought we were staying at the hillside sister property - it's not very clear on the site which hotel your room is in.

Schönes Hotel zum Entspannen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, aber mit dem Auto kein Problem. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Servicekraft am ersten Morgen unseres Aufenthaltes war an Unfreundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten. So jemand ist untragbar für ein Hotel. Gott sei Dank, war am nächsten Morgen eine sehr nette und freundliche Servicekraft.

A beautiful stay but be careful with David
Pros:

Overall our experience was wonderful. Our room was fantastic. The morning breakfast was generous and the homemade cakes were beyond delicious. The view from the pool was beautiful. Our stay was quiet & restful.

Cons:

We booked our stay for 3 nights. Unfortunately we didn't work our travel plans fully. We were traveling from Cinque Terre. We did not realize how difficult and costly it would be to get there without renting a car. So we gave up a night to travel with friends. When we arrived at the hotel there was no mention to credit or refund and of course we accepted our part. BUT.... as we were bringing in our luggage David (hotel manager) slammed his cars hatchback on my back (trust me I saw stars) & he acted like nothing happened without even an apology.
