Our stay at The Dunes was great! Sue in reception was so helpful giving us great recommendations and pointers on where to visit during our time here! Such a friendly service from all we came into contact with and the room was stunning! We will definitely be returning to stay again! Thank you for a great stay!

Large spotless room with balcony overlooking the golf course. Extra large very comfortable bed, coffee machine and kettle. Modern bathroom with powerful shower.
Free on site car park.
Full/Continental breakfast included.
No lift to upstairs room, two sets of steep stairs.
No grab rails to get into and out of shower, also mat had to be used every time as quite slippery.
A fan was needed on the room, especially with the hot weather.
A small fridge would have been useful to keep drinks and milk cold.
Hotel situated a good 20 minutes’ walk out of Tenby, unsuitable for the less able.
Excellent, comfortable hotel - part of the golf course and also the 19th hole and golf clubroom. The food was very good - we had Sunday lunch and breakfast each day. Very good choice on breakfast menu and all very tasty. Really excellent staff - friendly, helpful and efficient.
We were there on Sunday to Tuesday and sadly the restaurant wasn't open on those evenings. They did have a bar menu available but not after 5pm (I think it was). Bar food available until 8pm would have been great - especially when the main restaurant was closed.

The breakfast was very good and cooked to order. Our room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were very good and friendly especially Sue on reception.

We stayed 1 night at the Dunes and had a brilliant stay. Booked for lunch for my daughters birthday and had a fantastic meal. Ethan? talked us through the menu and was very helpful not only with the food but also suggesting places to visit. We had the small plates as a starter, all the dishes were exceptional. Tempura brocolli was delicious. Crab salad was very good and the burger was huge! All the staff couldn't have been more helpful or polite. The room was spacious and nicely laid out, and the fan was very welcome considering it was in the middle of the heatwave. Parking at the hotel was also very good. We stayed for breakfast which was was also freshly cooked and a nice choice of cereals, pastries etc. Lovely to look out over the golf course whilst eating your meals. Will definitely stay again soon. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay very special.
Could not fault anything
If you don’t mind the short 15min walk into Tenby centre, then the Dunes is a great place to stay especially because they have parking which few hotels in Tenby do.
The rooms didn’t have air conditioning or even fans so on hot nights the temperature in the room was quite uncomfortable.
The staff are always so welcoming and we always have a wonderful stay!! The location of the Dunes is perfect to have a quiet evening and still access the beach and tenby town
Cooked breakfast very good.
We found a toenail cutting on the bed and complained to the receptionist but nothing was done… it would have in their interest to offer us a free meal or drinks.

Staff , view , breakfast, rooms and location were excellent .
There was no air conditioner or not even fan and it was 30° temperature. It was so difficult to sleep in hot weather.
The hotel was clean and the room was lovely and the bed was comfortable.
Sue on reception was a great help to us and nothing was too much trouble.
