Location and staff. The room was very clean
A broken window. Curtains wouldn’t shut in the bedroom, and the worst coffee ever just watery and no flavour to it. Serving decaf coffee because the machine was broken but not letting us know until we complained about the quality of it. A writing pad in the room but no pen.
Cleanliness, great staff and comfortable bed. Very convenient for town and beach yet in quiet location.
Would have preferred room with balcony (rooms 1 to 5). Need to book earlier next time!

Excellent location, large rooms, the staff were all exceptional, breakfast is really good, loads of parking, nice walk into town. Caroline on reception is just wonderful and breakfast was so enjoyable, really tasty. Nice to be out of the (at times) busy town centre, just a 10 min walk along a path and coastal path.
Genuinely, our only negative point is that the room was so hot (for us). We selected a room without a balcony which did have windows but they do not open fully and we were protected from the wind on the side of the building so there was not much air flow. Next time we will get a balcony room as it would have made a huge difference.
The room was lovely, clean and spacious, bed was incredibly comfy and probably one of the best nights sleep ive had away from home in a while

We loved this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff from Sue on Reception to all the restaurant/bar/housekeeping staff, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless and beautiful with a great view. There was an excellent breakfast with plenty of it. We would highly recommend The Dunes and will definitely return.

All staff, especially reception, were very welcoming. Our room was quite large, very comfortable, tastefully decorated and had balcony overlooking the golf course.

We had a truly gorgeous night’s stay at The Dunes at Tenby Golf Club. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. Sue at reception was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, making check-in smooth and setting the tone for our visit.
Holly, the bar supervisor, was equally wonderful—very friendly and attentive, as were all the bar and restaurant staff, who made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. The housekeeping team also deserve a mention for being so accommodating and approachable.
Our room was stunning, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the golf course. It was spotless, and the décor perfectly complemented the seaside setting, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere.
The golf club itself was lovely, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s also just a 10-minute walk to Tenby town centre, which was really convenient.
We wouldn’t hesitate to return—highly recommended for a peaceful and well-looked-after stay.
The staff were professional and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious with beautiful view of the golf course. Lovely full Welsh breakfast but the gluten free option was a bit stingy.
The hotel was far too warm. The radiators were on throughout the hotel making it feel very warm and the room was uncomfortably hot. I unplugged the electric heater but the towel rail in the bathroom was scorching hot and couldn’t be turned down. We had to have the balcony doors open through the night.
