A great place to enjoy and explore Tenby and the surrounding area
Pros:

A great location which is in walking distance of the beach, town centre and train station. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was superb with a range of choices made with quality produce.
The hotel staff were friendly and courteous and made our stay a memorable one.

Pros:

Good breakfast offering and location to eat it in. Poached eggs were always overcooked when we had them unfortunately, which was disappointing but down to how they are pre-cooked as we know...the scrambled were absolutely perfect

Okay if you're playing golf here.
Pros:

There was a good choice for breakfast, the food was really good and the staff very helpful.

Cons:

The road to the hotel is very dark and poorly lit.
We booked this hotel on the reviews we had seen of the retaurant as it was my birthday. On arrival we were advised that the restaurant was closed for the season and the bar was closing early! Very disappointig that this wasn't communicated to us beforehand.
It's not clear on the approach to the hotel that it is a hotel or where the receeption is.
As others have mentioned, it wasn't nice to be woken up early by the ball collection!

Good sized room, good breakfast, a bit on the expensive side.
Pros:

The reception staff and the breakfast staff were exceptional. Really generous sized room.

Cons:

The restaurant wasn’t open (Monday) which we weren’t expecting, but it made us explore the town and find somewhere there.

Charming room in a quiet setting
Pros:

The welcome is warm, and the room, which is very clean, is nicely decorated with a beautiful layout and lovely furniture.
The balcony, with its small table and chairs, offers a view of the golf course, which is much appreciated.
The surroundings are quiet.
Free parking in front of the building
Short walk to the city center

Cons:

Access is via a very small road.
There is no elevator to the rooms, which can be a problem when carrying luggage.
The restrooms are equipped with a motion-sensor light linked to a mechanical ventilation system, which starts up noisily and is impossible to turn off, it may even shut off while in use.

Love this part of the Pembrokeshire coast and if you are looking to stay the Dunes is a good choice
Pros:

The breakfast and the food overall was excellent and in the evening we eat at the 19th hole in the hotel which we enjoyed very much. The room was very clean and well layed out. All the staff were very competant and very friendly.

Cons:

Nothing really except the walk intoTenby was steep and would be difficult for older people or those with mobility issues.
