Very nice boutique hotel
Pros:

Descanso y buena vibra garantizados.
Pros:

Cabe destacar el personal ante todo. Un staff muy atento, muy serviciales y transmitían mucha felicidad y buena vibra. Además, ante ciertas peticiones nuestras, respondían con total predisposición y amabilidad. Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos y muy cuidados en todo momento.

Pros:

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Mia Boutique Hotel. The views were absolutely beautiful and made the experience feel extra special from the moment we arrived.
The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and attentive which really added to the overall comfort of our stay. Breakfast was an highlight too and the freshly made juices were especially lovely and refreshing.
The evening entertainment was also a great touch.

Overall, Mia Boutique Hotel offers a beautiful, relaxing experience and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a charming stay in Zanzibar.

Cons:

My only small suggestion for improvement would be to install a glass divider between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, as the floor tended to get quite wet after showering.

We hebben genoten in een fijn hotel, met super vriendelijk personeel in een heerlijke omgeving
Pros:

Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging van het hotel is aan een rustig deel van de kust en dat was precies wat we zochten. De kamer had uitzicht op zee. Onze aankomst met handdoeken gevouwen als zwanen omringd door bloemblaadjes voelde super welkom.

Cons:

De toegangsweg naar het hotel is wat bijzonder. Het lijkt of deze nergens naar toe lijdt, smal en tussen twee muren. Maar het komt goed.

Cons:

- sehr kleines Frühstücksbuffet mit Instantkaffee
- Abendessen geschmacklich leider sehr enttäuschend, wir waren 5 Personen zwischen 11 und 65 Jahren und keinem hat es gut geschmeckt. meine Bowl kam ohne die wertvolle Quinoa und wurde zum einfachen Avocadosalat. Zwar habe ich den Salat aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen gegessen, den Personal aber unverzüglich auf den Fehler hingewiesen. Letztendlich habe ich keine Preisminderung trotz Bitte erhalten mit der Begründung - ich habe es doch gegessen. Hatte keine Lust zu diskutieren.
- mein im Voraus angefordertes und vom Hotel bestätigtes Zustellbett musste erst organisiert werden. Am Abend kam eine neu gekaufte Matratze, die auf den Boden gelegt wurde.
- besonders enttäuscht waren wir vom Service. Das Personal ist freundlich, wirkt aber ziemlich unerfahren
- Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig gekühlt
- trotz mehrmaliger Bitte wurde kein Techniker ins Zimmer geschickt und die mehrmals versprochene mobile Klimaanlage erreichte uns auch nicht. Bei der Glasfront mit direkter Sonneneinstrahlung im 2. Stock ist es sehr einschränkend, wenn die Klimaanlage nicht geht. Der Ventilator hat auch nicht viel bewirkt.
- uns wurden für das Abendessen 20$ zu viel berechnet, da die Preise an der Menütafel falsch ausgeschildert waren, nach längerer Diskussion wurde Rechnung angepasst
- aufpassen muss man auch beim Zahlen, da die Rechnung in Dollar kommt, die Speisekarte aber in Schillingen ist. Wenn man in Schillingen zahlen will, werden Dollar mit dem schlechten Kurs zurück in Schilling umgerechnet, was letztendlich natürlich mehr ist, als die tatsächlichen Preise in der Speisekarte.
- zu wenig Handtücher für 5 Personen im Zimmer
- sehr wenige Liegen im Schatten, sowohl am Pool (insgesamt 4 Liegen, 2 davon im Schatten) als auch am Strand (von 8-10 Liegen waren nur wenige wirklich im Schatten. Für unsere 5-köpfige Familie absolut unzureichend.
Deshalb haben wir es uns in einer gemütlichen Sitzecke bequem gemacht und die Bank als Liege benutzt.

Nice hotel on a beautiful beach,with friendly, helpful staff, I highly recommend
Pros:

Mia was the best choice for the first 6 days of our stay at Zanzibar. The location is perfect, calm, on a super beach on the beach. The room is clean and spacious. The food is excellent, there is plenty to choose from. And the staff is outstanding. They are kind, helpful in everything and your every wish is taken. Thank you for the time you spent there, it was wonderful.
