The staff were friendly and helpful ,got an upgrade as was a birthday treat.Excellent room with sea view.
Couldn,t fault this hotel
Apartment 1 was fantastic 👌🏾 super clean warm and comfortable
The team - they are incredibly accommodating and friendly.
The other residents who thought it was okay to persistently kick doors at 3am shouting.
Really nice and comfortable place, and its beautiful decor especially in the bar lounge area.
At approximately 0310am my wife and I were wakened by another couple banging and kicking the door to the room next door. When another resident came out and said go and get the night porter, they were met with a barrage of abuse and bad language, no respect at all, NEVER AGAIN....
Convenient, clean and comfortable
Nothing
Thank you to the wonderful staff especially Justin night porter
Breakfast included would have been perfect
Staff were nice, lovely cocktails
Room was out dated compared to the main reception and bar as you walked in
Wonderful staff. Great restaurant. Conveniently located.
Good as is
We had a lovely stay at The Nines. The location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the characterful old building with its stairs winding in different directions, and our room was light and comfortable. We appreciated the tea and coffee in the room. Although breakfast isn't included in the price, we had a very good vegetarian Irish breakfast in the restaurant, so I recommend trying that!
We were quite amused to have a fire exit in our room, but looking at the fire safety plan the door was supposed to be just for us (rather than our room just being a corridor for everyone to use in the case of a fire drill etc.) so not an issue. The website makes it look like the rooms are all really fancy, and our room was definitely on the more homely side, but that wasn't a problem for us. We found it a really sweet place, but don't come here expecting a 4 star city hotel, it's not that. It's a historic building, and it has more character for it.
Staff are friendly and helpful, food in restaurant excellent
Room was extremely old and run down. It was not the room advertised in the picture. Very disappointed and didn't want to sleep there.
Great location, really comfy bed, cosy. Lovely friendly staff, from the receptionist to the bar staff to the night porter.
Great location for town centre access and the lovely sea front. Beautiful apartment, spotless, cosy. Friendly staff.
Nothing!
Beautiful venue and lovely location with really easy access to the town centre and the seafront, with free parking very close to the hotel. The food was excellent and all the staff were lovely and went out of their way to make us and our two babies feel welcome and cared for. Highly recommend staying here!
Everyone was so nice food was excellent and the room was absolutely wonderful
Nothing at all
We made a last-minute decision to stay in the Belfast area and got amazing value at the Nines. Lovely spot on the harbour-front in Bangor, food was to die for and shout out to the friendly helpful staff who gave us a late check out so my wife could get a shower after a freezing charity swim.
Breakfast was fantastic as always!
Very stuffy in the room but we turned the heating down so it wasn’t too bad. Also the main light in the bedroom was very dull. Not just light for the main bulb.
