Good value at €97 for the night, it is what you would expect for that value. good cental location, and fulll restaurant available if needed.
I was asked for a credit card/debit on check in even though Id already paid, there was no mention of this on Booking, i didnt have one, just had my apple pay like everyone else these days, I was challenged by the receptionist about him needing one and its policy etc, but when i said i jst dont have one with me he dropped it.
The room is obviously the budget one, and thats fine, €97 Id expect that, but still a little worse for wear, low cost doesnt mean lower standards, the bed, as most hotels are, was two singles together, but there was a noticable gap between the two. and the mattress is certianly done its time, it sloped into the middle of the bed.
The sheet on the bed also didnt fit, none of it was tucked in, only one of the two mattresses had a protector on it and the one without wasnt very clean.
The lighting in the room was poor also, if you were trying to get ready to go out using a mirror etc, it would be hard.
Overall, despite the good value, i wouldnt be rushing back. Seems more of a low effort room than a low cost room.

The hotel is centrally located. It currently has a very good dinner offer on mid week. The dining areas are beautifully presented.
If I am being picky the rooms are not as stylish and the finish is not as good as the public areas. However it is excellent value for money.
Quick overnight stay after a long day. Lovely hotel and the dinner and cocktails were fab.
Mattress very comfy but a little soft. But that's just personnel preference. Otherwise everything was great.

Room was very tired and desperately requires maintenance.

- Got a complimentary upgrade on a Thursday night.
- The staff was helpful, I returned at night and they were ready to help me if I would need to check in at a late hour.
- I ordered a takeout from a local restaurant after returning hungry from a wedding reception. The courier didn't call for some reason (probably my different phone country code) and the staff knocked on my door and left the food outside my suite.
Cons:
- None really, the place exceeded all expectations for price, value and quality.
