Era cómodo, muy bonito el hotel, la ubicación y personal muy amable.
No tiene parqueadero y el recomendado es muy lejos del hotel y nos quería cobrar casi el doble de lo indicado por el hotel pese a estar alojado en el mismo. La ducha goteaba así estuviera cerrada, la puerta de la ducha no cierra bien y el mezclador del lavamanos es muy alto, al abrir la llave salpica el agua mojando la ropa fácilmente.
Stunning venue in the European end of Cali’s trendiest neighbourhood. Beautifully designed, spacious, inviting, very comfortable. European design for all comforts- especially beds which is rare in Cali. This is a hotel NOT a hostel- all types of restaurants and supermarket a sweet stroll away.

Excelente servicio, me pidieron desayuno de un domicilio por la mañana por que tenía que salir temprano. Super ubicación, muy tranquilo y seguro.

The staff was amazing, the place is really cozy, and it is a fully renewed house in a great location.
The noise, I mean you can hear when other guests open the shower, open and close the doors, even conversations at the rooftop so it is annoying.
This was described as a hotel in all forums, but it is a hostel. It is really nice though and a great value. It's clean and the staff are accommodating and kind. I would have liked to experience the massage/spa they offer but didn't have time.
Entry to hostel and room both required codes, which was interesting if not inconvenient at times.

We loved to stay at cozy Mahi house. would love to come back and recommend to a friends.

No breakfast options (but I knew that), no coffee maker or bottled water in the room, no refrigerator, threadbare single blanket with no spares
The location is excellent, the design style is very good, and the equipment is well prepared. The reception staff spoke very good English.

We loved our stay at Mahi! The facility is tranquil and beautiful. The service extraordinary. The staff, especially Gladys, made our stay super comfortable. It's always nice to wake up to a friendly face and a genuine conversation. I would highly recommend Mahi to anyone staying in Calí. Additionally, Mahi is above a little cafe and surrounded by tons of shops and delicious restaurants/cafes. It's also close to a shopping center with a money exchange. Loved this whole experience!
This is not a dislike. It is more of a suggestion. I think a jacuzzi or pool would be an amazing addition to the terrace as there is much unused space upstairs.
