Great spot- v friendly staff, lovely modern hotel, very close to the airport.
Pros:

The rooftop bar has a lovely view. You can see planes landing and enjoy a glass of wine whilst looking over at the beach.

Cons:

We ideally needed two double beds but it wasn’t possible. Despite that, the pull out sofa bed was very comfortable for a night.

New clean hotel, just round the corner from the beach
Pros:

A new hotel, conveniently located, quiet, but the sea is a 3‑minute walk away; modern renovation; the staff are very kind and professional. I'm thrilled. Breakfast 5+, clean. There are beach towls... Everything is fine.

Cons:

Everything was very good. Realy there is nothing that I did not like

Pros:

Totul la superlativ. Dupa o noapte de cazare in aceasi localitate, de unde am plecat mancand pământul, am ajuns la acest boutique hotel unde la recepție ne-a întâmpinat Anna (un om extraordinar), care ne-a oferit o camera foarte buna, fructe si vin din partea hotelului (era ziua sotului).
Mic dejun foarte bun si variat, camera mare, curată, cu tot ce ai nevoie in ea.
Hotelul foarte frumos, nou, elegant si cu bun gust.
Recomand maxim!

Exceptional stay
Pros:

The hotel is modern and conveniently located close to the beach. The cleanliness and overall conditions were exceptional and the breakfast was truly excellent - rare to find such a good breakfast at a hotel in Greece! The staff was incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful throughout our stay.
Congratulations to the entire team for making and keeping such a beautiful and enjoyable place to stay and special thanks to the housekeeping team for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Excellent location in a quiet area, clean and modern rooms, and a charming rooftop restaurant
Pros:

From my point of view, the hotel is very well located and truly deserves its rating. It is close to the beach (150-200 m), where sunbeds are free of charge as long as you order from the local bar, and it is also situated in a quiet area. It is easy to reach by car, with plenty of parking spaces around (just confirm with the reception). The hotel is clean and modern. It is also close to taverns and restaurants, and for those who want to be more active in the evening, a light 10-minute walk along the promenade takes you to the resort center, right into the middle of the recreational activities. The breakfast is sufficient, and the restaurant on the hotel's upper terrace has a special charm. The staff is very friendly and never hesitates to help if you encounter any local issues (my respects to the FO Manager, Manos K.). It is also easy to reach various other nearby beaches by car.

Great stay
Pros:

The hotel is very new and clean with very well designed rooms and interior. The room we stayed was very comfortable. The location is 3 minutes walk to the beach and is on a silent corner - which is great for us - they have a nice breakfast and the hamburger and pizza we ordered for the room were just great. Finally they have very friendly staff. Would definitely book again.

Cons:

They have live music on roof top bar on Fridays only which is very noisy and goes on until 12.00. But this can be a positive note for some others:) at least it is ends at 24.00

Pros:

Nagyon kedves a személyzet,tiszták a szobák,a reggeli szuper,3percre a parttól. A tetőbár is nagyon hangulatos.
Már 2alkalommal jártunk a hotelben,a legszinvonalasabb szállás Pereán.

Clean and comfortable room with great breakfast
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and staff was helpful and friendly. It’s just a few minutes walking from the beach and only 15 min drive from Salonic airport.

Cons:

Over the night it was a bit noisy, especially when sleeping with the door open to the balcony. There was music at the restaurant upstairs and we went to bed early with a baby, but that was just a minor incovenient.

Ausstattung ok; kaputte Lampe wurde ausgetauscht!

Cons:

Wollte in einem höheren Stock wohnen, musste trotz Wunsch im Untersten Stock auf Parkplatz schauen!
