Amazing experience first timer in Medellin!!!
Pros:

The place is a tiny jewel. Great, safe and charming location. The room and the bathroom were top notch. I loved the decoration and the furniture look elegant and sophisticated. The staff were amazing super attentive and very caring. The toiletries were divine. Extremely recommended for anyone seeking to be in a calm and serene environment.

Mas un airbnb que un hotel boutique.
Pros:

la habitación es comoda y esta bien para viajes rápidos de trabajo en donde solo se vaya a dormir.
La ubicación es muy buena en el barrio Laureles y el tiempo de respuesta del propietario es muy buena.

Cons:

No me gusto para nada los precios ocultos, si bien se aclara que al precio publicado en booking puede agregarse otro valor como el IVA, es preferible que lo incluya y si se exime a un extranjero de pagarlo, lo verá como un descuento y lo agradecerá, adicionalmente, me cobraron un fee por limpieza, acaso esto no está publicado como un hotel y el aseo normalmente ya está incluido en el precio.
Nunca se habló de que el pago fuera por adelantado y se comunicaron conmigo para que pagara por adelantado para darme los códigos de acceso, a lo cual, les dije que prefería pagar en el establecimiento con la Tarjeta de crédito y la sorpresa fue ver que no hay recepción, no hay personal, es una habitación mas cercana a un Airbnb que a un hotel.

Muy mal ver estos detalles a última hora, no son publicados y sentí que adquirí otro producto muy diferente a lo que encontré en realidad y esto le resta valoración al sitio.
Sean claros y especifiquen las cosas en la ofértame, de lo contrario estarían incurriendo en publicidad engañosa.

It was a wonderful stay and I will definitely return.

Andres The owner/Manager of the property was very professional and kept the communication open when I had issues with my wifi to apply payment for the hotel thru my creditcard. He was so generous that he offered me to pay up front with cash for 4 days until my cell phone issues were fixed and I can pay for the rest of the duration. He communicated with my agent Crystal all the time and they both together made my travel so much easier. I will definitely return to this property as Andre was an amazing host.

La seguridad del lugar es NULA, cuando llegué pude abrir la puerta sin ningún tipo de seguridad e ingresar a todo el edificio donde las puertas de las habitaciones son totalmente de vidrio trasparente, la actitud del dueño fue pésima, es una persona grosera y ventajosa, exigiéndome pagar el total de la reserva aún si no me quedaba porque “se la iban a cobrar a él” cuando llame a Booking a preguntar me dijeron que es MENTIRA, que era decisión de él cobrarla, y él alegaba que le había quitado la posibilidad de reservar a otra persona porque lo iban a bloquear cuando la reserva la había hecho hace menos de una hora y el equipo de booking también me confirmó que eso del bloqueo también es mentira, lo que demuestra la actitud de una persona APROVECHADA.

Si tienen la oportunidad de quedarse ahí DESAPROVÉCHENLA, en Medellín hay lugares donde la GENTE ES HONESTA, con mejores instalaciones, seguridad, mejor atención y a buen precio😉
