La situation de l’hôtel, dans le magnifique quartier de Kolonaki, la piscine sur le toit avec une vue splendide sur l’Acropole et le Mont Lycabette.
L’hôtel a besoin d une rénovation. Les lampes de chevet sont rouillées, le canapé de la chambre tâché, la salle de bain vieille : réservoir d eau du wc cassé, joints de la baignoire noirs, pommeau de douche cassé. Manque de prises de courant autour du lit. La vue depuis petit déjeuner est splendide mais le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. Grand choix mais tout n’est vraiment pas frais.

The only thing I really liked about the room was the view of the Acropolis. The view was genuinely beautiful.
I stayed at the hotel with my small dog. The hotel accepts pets and even charges an additional daily pet fee. However, on our first day, when we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner, we were told that we could not dine there with our dog. They would not even allow us to bring our dog into the restaurant inside a carrier. We were told that this was due to Greek law. We looked into this ourselves afterwards and found that this explanation did not appear to be correct.
What made the situation even more disappointing was that we had booked a room including breakfast. Since breakfast was served as an open buffet in the same restaurant, we were not allowed to have breakfast there with our dog either. The only option we were given was to put food on a plate and take it back to our room. As a result, we were unable to properly enjoy the open buffet breakfast that we had paid for.
The room itself was small, which we were aware of when we booked it and therefore did not consider this a major issue. However, the shelf where the coffee machine was placed was so small that the lid of the coffee machine could not even be opened properly. We had to take the machine out every time we wanted to use it.
The hotel also offers parking and valet service, for which I was charged a nightly fee. However, when I asked for my car at 7:00 AM because we needed to leave early, I was told that there was nobody available. I had to go to the parking area myself and take my car out.
Overall, considering that this is a five-star hotel, I was very disappointed with the level of service and the experience we received. In my opinion, the hotel does not live up to the standards I would expect from a five-star property.

We had a wonderful stay! The service was exceptional—from the attentive front desk staff to the excellent housekeeping team. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was especially impressive, with a fantastic variety of delicious, high-quality options - and the view of the Acropolis! Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again!
