Pros:

В номере есть балкон, кухонька и посуда. Сам домик симпатичный. Отличная география: 7 минут до разных супермаркетов, 7 минут до моря, 20 минут до старого города. Вечером тихо и спокойно.

Cons:

Плохо прибран номер, не вытерта пыль, пол на балконе грязный. Неудобные кровати. Нет мусорного ведра на кухне, крючков для полотенец в ванной - мелочь, но очень неудобно! Хозяин доброжелательный, но очень плохо говорит по-английски и не в курсе про городской налог (даже через онлайн-переводчика).

Pros:

Emplacement pratique.
Hôtes adorables, le fils parle très très bien anglais. Communication fluide. Aux petits soins avec nous !
Nous ont donné pleins de conseils pour notre séjour.
Petite piscine très agréable.
Quartier calme.
On recommande les yeux fermés !

Pros:

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in Kotor. We kwamen erg laat aan, dit was geen probleem en kregen een erg vriendelijk ontvangst. Ook was er een parkeerplek geregeld voor onze auto.
Prima kamer en een fijn gedeeld zwembad op een top locatie dichtbij een supermarkt en restaurantjes. Old Town ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen.
Eigenaar reageert snel, is vaak aanwezig en super gastvrij. Zijn zoon is ook een topper die erg goed Engels spreekt.

Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Die gute Lage entschädigt aber nicht für die enttäuschende Ausstattung. Badezimmer winzig mit vom tropfenden Boiler herunterhängendem Elektrokabel. Fenster führt ins Freie dh das Öffnen des Fensters oder des Vorhangs ist nicht ratsam. Die Kochnische, die wir nicht gebucht hatten, war uralt und fast leer. Parken möglich aber schwierig

Pros:

Bardzo miły i pomocny wlaściciel z którym był kontakt non stop podczas pobytu. Dość blisko starego miasta w Kotorze ok 15/20 min. Blisko sklep.

Cons:

- mała lazienka
- brak typowego parkingu (wlaściciel pokaże gdzie można zapakować)

Her şey çok güzeldi.

Güzel, temiz, manzara olarak çok güzel, konum olarak her yere yakın, Ayrıca sahibi Sadat abiyede tekrardan karşılaması, güler yüzlülüğü ve park konusunda yardımcı olduğu için teşekkür ederim.

Pros:

Themis Apartment was an amazing stay for us! It was in the perfect area of Dobrota, within walking distance to Old Town Kotor, and the bay views from the balcony were stunning. The pool was a nice amenity as well. Sedat was a very kind and attentive host. We would definitely stay here again on future travels!

Quiet apartment with older furniture, not the best bathroom and airconfitionong, but fair in value.
Pros:

The property was clean (altough with substencially older furniture) and closely while peacefuly located. The guy was pleasant and welcoming and we didnt have any noisy or similar guests around, quite the opposite.

Cons:

The air conditioning was basically not working in our room it blew air but the temperature didnt change at all in the facility. The shower was leaking water everywhere even outside the bathroom. The toilet was unable to fully open you need to hold the lid all the time (also its basically in the shower with a curtain which ofc didnt hold the water at all so we put a towel under the door). Price to value was not as low as one would think but its probably because of the locality.

Sehr toller Gastgeber!
Pros:

Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Pool für die heissen Tage gut gekühlt und der Gastgeber war enorm freundlich und hat uns bei allen Dingen geholfen! Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Nähe zur Altstadt von Kotor waren ebenfalls super!

Cons:

Das Bad ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem war unser tiefes Auto für den einen Parkplatz nicht geeignet, da es durch den Betonhügel den unteren Plastik verkratz hat.

Buena ubicación!
Pros:

Bien ubicado, a unos 20 minutos dando un agradable paseo hasta el casco antiguo de Kotor, cosa que se agradece por la tranquilidad del lugar. El personal muy amable y atento.

Cons:

Todo correcto.
