Ubicación excelente en Laureles, una zona muy animada y llena de restaurantes y lugares para tomar algo. El personal amable.
-El desayuno es muy muy flojo. No hay ninguna opción dulce y muy pocas saladas(prácticamente todas a base de huevo). Se lo hicimos saber a recepción y al restaurante pero no se hizo nada. Tan flojo que el último día preferimos perder el desayuno allí y desayunar fuera.
La ubicación es ideal, cerca de buenos restaurantes.

The hotel itself is in a convenient spot, but I wouldn't stay here again, especially on a weekend. Communication was incredibly frustrating. Almost no staff speaks English, particularly at the front desk. This made check-in and any questions a real challenge. Breakfast is average at best—nothing special and definitely not worth the extra money they charge for it. The biggest issue for me was the noise. If a good night's sleep is important to you, look elsewhere. On the weekend they have a live band that plays until midnight, and it was so loud it genuinely felt like the band was performing inside my room. The soundproofing is nonexistent. On top of everything, I was charged more at the hotel than the rate I booked through Booking.com. They claimed it was a local tax, but the numbers still didn't add up. I'm currently working with Booking to get the difference refunded. Bottom line: Skip this place if you value peace and quiet or easy communication. Fine for a quick party weekend maybe, but not for a relaxing stay.

Buena ubicación. Las chicas de recepción del turno del mediodía fueron muy amables. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario, camas comodas.
El último día llegamos a desayunar un minuto antes de las 10:00, hora límite. El chico del restaurant nos advirtió delante de los demás pasajeros que debíamos llegar antes porque ya habían hecho recuento de comida, lo que nos pareció desatento e innecesario. Luego llegaron al salón varios chicos que trabajan en el hotel y hacían bromas entre ellos, se servían lo que quedaba del desayuno, todo lo cual se veía muy poco profesional y creo que debería mejorarse. Debieron esperar a que se cerrara el sercicio de desayuno. En cuanto al aseo: en la mañana utilicé una de las tazas dispuestas en la habitación y al día siguiente estaba tal cual, sin lavar. El piso del lobby también se veía desaseado.
