Fuimos a bucear, la persona que administra el alojamiento nos recibió más temprano, es muy amable y te colabora con todo. Está a dos cuadras de los centros de buceo y hay lugar para lavar tus prendas, si volviera a Bucear me volver alojar hay

Restaurant en bar waren niet open voor gebruik. Op verzoek konden ze wel ontbijt maken en je kon gebruik maken van de keuken om je eigen eten te maken.

Amabilidad de los trabajadores. Cama muy amplia.
El ruido de los vecinos. Desde las 6:00 pm hasta las 6:00 am música a todo volumen non stop. Imposible dormir aquella noche. Nos dijeron que no podían hacer nada al respecto. Otros vecinos ya reclamaron y la policía no hacía nada.
El trato y la cercanía que nos han dispensado Lourdes y Samuel. Su amabilidad y las recomendaciones dadas.
We had a good and confortable stay at this hotel, lot of talks and good advices from the owner and to not forget really good food !
Very nice staff, nice room, restaurant, includes a good aircon and netflix. Wifi was good, clean, fridge.
Bed was hard, cold shower, they put loud music until late at night.
The staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate my special requests regarding breakfast. Despite not having a balcony as advertised, the room was big, plenty of towels were provided and the bed was comfortable.
It's close to everything, yet far from the noise.

The room "with balcony" doesn't have a balcony. It's a really small space surrounded by walls and with a roof, no air circulating.
Common areas are not very well kept and clean.
Lovely, comfortable, clean room in quiet residential part of Taganga. Staff were great. Nice bar area to relax in. Breakfast great. Ate dinner there twice too, very good and great selection. Good value for money.
There was noise from another air con unit keeping us awake on the first night, when we mentioned it to the staff, it was sorted out and it was quiet for the following night.
The location is great. As we arrived we thought: where do we go? The streets are sandy and rocky. The hotel is clean and at a much better level than the outside. Most people are frienly, especially the ladies at breakfast. Were stayed here off season, and were the only customers.
The balcony was not a balkony but looked like a sinkhole. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. At breakfast there was a young man serving us two days. Het was very unfriendly and did not care about customers! The only time in Colombia we did not give a tip!
The staff were warm and helpful, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable, if a little pricey for the basic facilities. The location is convenient as a base for visiting Tayrona National Park. While Taganga itself felt a bit rundown - especially the local beach, which wasn’t ideal for swimming - the property served its purpose well for day trips.
On our first night, a street party set up directly outside the property and ran from around 8 pm until after 10 am the next day, with extremely loud bass that made sleep impossible. The hosts only mentioned it after we’d paid, which felt disappointing. While not necessarily their fault, a heads-up - or even a small gesture like a discount would’ve gone a long way.

Very hard bed. Breakfast limited, because goods had not been bought. Liked the location a bit off the main trouble.
We stayed for 6 days and loved this hotel. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We also liked the area of the hotel, which is not in the noisy center but in a more local authentic neighborhood which we enjoyed very much.
Spacious room, friendly staff.
Mattress is very uncomfortable. They can pay more attention to cleanness, but the entire Colombia struggles with the same issues, obviously different standards than Europe.
