Pros:

The Ecohotel is located at a beautiful location and the people are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The issue was the cleanliness. We booked the tiny house, being excited to stay there for a few nights. However, after we entered we saw that the place was very dirty. It looked like it was not cleaned to cared for in over a month, there were hairs on the bed, many spiderwebs, dead bugs and dirty parts. Together with the live bugs that had entered, it made it very uncomfortable for us to stay. They then moved us to a different room and said they will clean the tiny house the next day, however, this other room was also not cleaned properly with again hairs on the bed and used towels. After all that, we decided to leave the next day and go to another accomodation.

What an experience! Lovely surroundings! The sound of the river, the rooster and birds sound waking you up, the colibríes flying by, the perfect weather even if it is raining is beautiful.

Cons:

I will suggest variety on the food menu.

Pros:

El personal era excelente, tanto john, luz como johana. Es un hotel muy completo con plancha y secador, incluso con opción de jacuzzi. La comida increible, hecha con mucho amor y al momento. El wifi excelente. Las habitaciones muy limpias.

Cons:

El camino que se encuentra antes de acceder al hotel es de tierra y cuando llueve pues se embarra, llevar cuidado.

Una experiencia relajante y maravillosa
Pros:

Todo perfecto. El sitio es precioso, rodeado de naturaleza. Salento pueblo esta a tan solo 10mins en coche, es súper cómodo. El personal es muy muy amable, todos encantadores. Nos ayudaron muchísimo y se portaron genial con nosotras. Lo recomiendo 100%

El Jacuzzi no funcionó, el camino de ingreso es bastante complicado en especial cuando llueve y mejoraría la limpieza y falta instrumental de cocina.

Tranquilidad
Pros:

Johana es la mejor persona que te puedes encontrar. Un día me puse enferma del estómago y me preparó el desayuno a la habitación. Nuestra estancia coincidió con las fiestas de Salento y agradecimos estar alejados de todo el ruido, solo se escuchaba el sonido del rio y los pájaros. La habitación es estilo cabaña, algo pequeña pero tiene lo necesario para unos días. También cuenta con un pequeño porche con mesa y sillas.

Cons:

El alojamiento se encuentra a unos 10-15 minutos de Salento por lo que si no tienes coche es un poco ajetreo. Nosotros no teníamos coche por lo que acordamos un precio fijo con un taxista y le escribíamos cada vez que queríamos ir o volver al alojamiento.

Luz, Johana y Diego fueron muy amables durante nuestra estadía. El desayuno muy rico. La naturaleza alrededor y la tranquilidad. La habitación limpia y con agua caliente.

Cons:

la calle para entrar esta destapada, hay que manejar con cuidado con carro bajito porque hay algunos huecos grandes
