Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est exceptionnel au milieu des montagnes, vues imprenable sur les montagnes ! La chambre était bien avec un rapport qualité prix merveilleux, le petit déjeuner était très bon ! Accès facile pour Salento et la vallée de cocora

El avistamiento de aves al lado del río desde el tráiler fue muy bonito

Cons:

No recibí la habitación que aparece en las fotos y no fue claro por qué en la de estar pequeña mencionaba un tráiler. Por lo que le pedí al administrador la posibilidad de cambiarlo o la revisión de la reserva Su respuesta fue absolutamente desconsiderada mandándonos a fuera de la propiedad a las 10 de la noche.

También te había pedido reservar una decoración para celebrar una ocasión especial lo cual confirmó que lo iba a hacer pero no lo tuvo listo y lo metió sin ninguna excusa

La actitud de administración agresiva ni es considerada por haberle preguntado pedido revisar nuestra reserva porque no era la de la foto al sacarnos de la propiedad Me parece que muestra tanto de la calidad humana de estas personas

Después de habernos echado solo por pedir revisar la reserva al darse cuenta de la patanería nos pidieron quedarnos y pidieron excusas después de una terrible experiencia llegando

It was a wonderful place to stay enjoying nature close to Salento.
Pros:

Beautiful property, it was nice waking up to the bird sounds and the greenery around us!

Cons:

A bit noisy if you are staying downstairs, you can hear the upstairs steps.

The breakfast and the staff were fantastic. It’s a lovely location but you do have to get Ubers to do anything in Salento

I think this review would be a lot higher if we stayed in the main house but we stayed in the mobile home and it wasn’t as enjoyable. The bed is upstairs and is very difficult to get to. There were ants coming from the window frame into the bed and there was a cockroach in the sink. The cutlery in the kitchen was all dirty on arrival. The shower was cold even at its hottest setting. One of these things would have been manageable but all of them together meant this was not a great stay.
I fully understand why this has such a high rating and would actually recommend providing that you don’t stay in the mobile home and I wish I had read a review saying so prior to booking!

Wer eine ruhige und erholsame Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Das Riverside La Masaía ist ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto von Salento entfernt. Mit dem Uber, dem eigenen Auto oder dem Bus ist es aber super zu erreichen.
Diego und sein Team machen mehr als nur einen guten Job! Wir kamen völlig erschöpft am frühen Morgen an, bekamen durch die liebe Joanna direkt ein leckeres Frühstück und durften direkt ein Zimmer beziehen, um uns zu erholen. Unser eigentliches Zimmer war noch nicht fertig.
Man fühlte sich wie zu Hause!

Nuestra estancia en Riverside La Masía Ecohotel fue realmente espectacular. Está ubicado a solo 10 minutos en carro del centro de Salento, lo que permite disfrutar de un entorno natural y muy tranquilo sin perder la cercanía al pueblo. Las instalaciones son hermosas, ideales para descansar y desconectarse. La atención del personal es insuperable: cálida, atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Si tienen la oportunidad de hospedarse aquí, háganlo; podrán relajarse, disfrutar de la naturaleza y contar con todas las comodidades para una experiencia inolvidable.
