Best hotel stay, even compared to luxury European hotels.
Pros:

A wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Amman.

One of my best hotel stays, even compared to luxury European hotels.

The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service.

They constantly inquired about guest satisfaction and requests.

They even offered us a room upgrade.

They also gave us a complimentary breakfast, even though we didn't request it. The location is excellent, in a vibrant area full of shops, yet still quiet.

The cleanliness was very good.

Best hotel and staff in amman
Pros:

The reception are super helpful and nice. They helped me through every step and offered me free breakfast and gave me a comfortable and big room. They went above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable.

ف البدايه بامانه اشكر جميع الموظفين ف الفندق علي حسن الاستقبال و تعامل راقي وخص بالشكر الاستاذ محمد صلاح علي المتابعه والاهتمام. وايضا موقع الفندق فوق الممتاز بالقرب من اقواء الأسواق شعبيه سوق السلطان و بعد بالقرب من شركات السياحيه و بالقرب من اقواء المطاعم المشهوره بالأردن والغرف نظيفه جدا ومريحه وحجمها كبير
