عند التسجيل استلمنا غرفة بسريرين رغم أن الحجز سرير كبير واضطررنا لتغيير الغرفة باليوم التالي
ستائر الغرفة 306 بعيدة عن الشباك مما يتسبب بدخول ضوء للغرفة ليلاً
توقعت وجود مكان مجهز بشاشات لعرض مباريات كأس العالم، لكن لم أجد. على الرغم من إبلاغهم لنا أنه متوفر بالدور الخامس، وعندما ذهبنا لم نجد أي شاشات تعمل، وأبلغنا موظف المطعم أنه لا يوجد عرض للمباريات

الصيانة تحتاج للمراجعة على الغرف لوجود بعض الأشياء البسيطة التي تحتاج للإصلاح مثل مصدات الأبواب المكسورة وملقاة على الأرض


الدش لا بأس به، لكنه أنسب للمنازل وغير مناسب لتجربة فندقية، حيث إن الرأس الصغيرة القديمة ليست في السقف، كما أن الصابون والشامبو المستخدم جودته ضعيفة، ولا يوجد بلسم أو كريم ترطيب.

كل شي قريب من الفندق واللوبي ومكان الفطور جميلة جدا
والافضل من ذالك كلة موضفي الاستقبال وبالاخص الاخ محمد الاستقبال الجميل والترحيب والابتسامة والاخلاق العالية
