Skvělá poloha blízko centra, ale zároveň v klidné ulici. K dispozici veškeré vybavení, které jsme potřebovali. Vše čisté a hezky připravené. Doporučuji na kratší i delší pobyty.

splendida vacanza a cavallo di capodanno
Pros:

Buona posizione in un vicolo tranquillo che si affaccia su Stadtpark. Basta quindi attraversare la strada e si possono percorrere a piedi le stradine del parco per avvicinarsi alla parte antica e centrale della città e alle varie attrazioni intorno a Schlossberg. Abbiamo visitato la città attorno a capodanno e l'abbiamo girata parecchio a piedi senza bisogno di mezzi pubblici o di spostare la macchina (attenzione alle zone blu e verdi per i parcheggi, è molto difficile capire il funzionamento). La struttura è moderna così come i suoi arredi e la cucina. Molto bella e particolare la stanza bagno/doccia.

Cons:

Forse qualcuno potrebbe preferire un tavolo un po' più grande per sedersi a consumare i pasti e con delle sedie normali al posto di quelle alte tipo da bar. Un po' più di capsule per la macchina del caffè, visto anche che in un supermercato della zona non siamo riusciti a trovarle.

Great apartment with garden balcony near Schlossbergpark and university
Pros:

The location is near good cafes (Cafe Harrach is my favourite, '70s vibe) and the Schlosspark. The balcony overlooks a sweet little garden. Parkette floor in the main room and non-slippery stone tiles in the very spacious bathroom. Great shower. Well-equipped kitchen, new stainless steel pots, good knives. Bike supplied. The absence of the usual big black TV monitor was restful. The owner arrived with a portable heater and slippers immediately after I called to say the room was rather cool (floor heating wasn't up to speed yet, but kicked in after a few hours.)

Cons:

A small cutting board would be useful and a bigger selection of tea would be nice.
I did struggle with the high bar seats at the tall table. A regular table and chairs would be
better for people who need to write and who have mobility problems climbing onto high stools...

Gute Ausstattung, tolle Lage – Radfahren und Parkspaziergang inklusive.
Pros:

Alles toll – auch die vielen Kleinigkeiten stimmen! Fahrrad, Küchenausstattung, auch mit Essig und Öl, super Erreichbarkeit. Tolle Aufteilung, dass das Gepäck außer Sichtweite ist. Für mich stimmt hier wirklich alles! Ich nutze hier auch immer gerne das Fahrrad und zu Fuß kommt man hier auch mit einem Morgenspaziergang auf den Schlossberg. Einfach nur über die Straße in den Park.
