Modern and friendly
Pros:

Clean and new, good size rooms, friendly staff, very good breakfast, owner also made pick up from train station available

Cons:

All three rooms we booked lacked good cold air conditioning, maybe filters need attention or maybe something else going. Would have rated hotel higher but air conditioning is such a game changer

La vista sul mare è semplicemente incantevole, soprattutto al tramonto, le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, il personale sempre disponibile e cordiale, posizione perfetta x il centro e le spiagge. Lo consiglio vivamente

Krásný, nový hotel, dobře umístěný pro objevování Kalábrie (auto nutné). Skvělý a milý personál, vždy nápomocný. Super snídaně - hodně sladká, jak je v Itálii zvykem, ale nechyběly např tousty, šunka, sýr.
Naprosto v klidu bych se vrátil...

Struttura nuova,pulita e molto accogliente. Posizione ottima per raggiungere in pochi minuti sia il centro di Tropea che varie spiagge.

Pros:

Nous avons passer un excellent moments dans cet hotel.
C'est hotel est un 3 étoiles, mais croyez moi il est largement supérieur et meme de loin a d'autres hotel sois disans 4 étoiles.
Le personnel est fort bien sympathique et a l'écoute pour vous orienter à visiter cette belle calabre.
Nous étions en famille, nous avons eux une chambre avec balcon et vue sur mer.
Le parking est fort bien spacieux et dans le complexe de l'hôtel.
Tout était parfait .
A refaire sans meme y repenser.

Good location and new property. More like a B&B
Pros:

Room was new and comfortable for a family of 4. Parking at the property itself. The location of the hotel is great with easy access to Tropea and Capo Vaticano. Overall would recommend. Since the hotel is new, I hope they keep up with the maintenance to keep it that way.

Cons:

We were expecting a 3 start hotel but the feeling was more like a Bed and Breakfast. We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast as we had early activities programed but the breakfast only started at 8:30am. Cleanliness could be improved, but we are very picky.
