Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. One of the advantages is the possibility of early check-in, which is very convenient. Late check-out is also available, although there is an additional fee of €20 per hour.

The hotel itself is very clean, our room was spacious, and everything worked perfectly. The breakfasts truly exceeded our expectations – they were varied, fresh, and definitely above the standard typical hotel breakfast. I also really enjoyed the fitness room and the pool area. However, there are only five sun beds available, so I imagine it could be difficult to relax there during high season. Outside of peak times, though, it’s perfect.

Cons:

The only aspect we were not fully satisfied with was the cleaning service. We stayed for five days and agreed to receive daily drink vouchers in exchange for skipping regular cleaning. While this is a nice idea in theory, the service we received was not detailed enough. For example, toilet paper and tissues were not replenished unless we asked (and even then, we received only one extra roll), the cups were not cleaned, and water and tea were not refilled.

A limpeza todos os dias tinha que pedir para ser refeita. Quando chegamos perguntaram se gostariamos de trocar as limpezas diarias por 2 drinks. Pessoal bem mal humorado.

Pros:

Excellent location. Very nice staff! My partner and I celebrated her birthday here. I asked for extra flowers. I got them and we agreed! And we even got a little extra surprise! It was a very nice gesture!

1, the "office" chair scratches the floor. Not nice! I recommend buying a floor protector. Ikea, sells cheap ones with excellent quality. We use them in the office too. Perfect!
2, the minibar. It's incredibly sad that we've come to a point where they steal so much from the minibar that they only fill it if you pay a deposit. I understand that the staff is also few and the costs are high. But it's sad that this is the reality in a 4* hotel.
I would like to make a suggestion. Buy a minibar that you can't steal from! This is the only manufacturer in the world that produces an AI controlled minibar! Contact them and give them a try!

The room was poorly designed: sloping ceiling meant that it was dangerous to go around the bed with the risk of bumping one’s head. Closet space was minimal. Definitely no room for 2 people’s clothes.

Elegant and easy to reach all the attractions we wanted to.
Pros:

Great location - can walk to most of the central attractions. Hotel is smart and elegant but not intimidating.

Cons:

Small matter but unusual not to be able to cast to tv - and no sockets beside bed. Would have been lovely to have these things but would not stop me staying again.
