Luxembourg city center stay

Shared bathroom and kitchen, no free parking even though the listing said otherwise.

All automated. Who do I call in an emergency? I didn’t like that at all.

I had not realised that the bathroom is shared by several rooms and one day the other people had monopolised the bathroom for a considerable period and ran it completely out of hot water. For a room without a bathroom, I consider the price steep, especially since there was no waste basket provided anywhere in the room.

El anuncio es engañoso, corresponde a un departamento con tres habitaciones y solo un baño. Nos encontramos tres familias que arrendamos al mismo tiempo y todos nos sentimos engañados.
La cama incomoda, la ropa de cama de mala calidad y las amohadas viejas. Solo entregan una toalla para la ducha, la toalla de salida de ducha es solo una compartida y no hay toalla para manos o pelo.

La finestra era bloccata. Caldo insopportabile.Ho provato a contattare qualcuno tramite, più di 20 chiamate, mail, messaggi. Nessuna risposta. Solo verso le 24, si sono degnati di rispondere, dicendo che ovviamente a quell'ora il tecnico non era disponibile.

Our roaming wasn't fast enough to unlock doors the first time but host was very helpful in unlocking remotely and we were fine once we got the keys inside the apartment. Pillows and sheets were clean but the pillow and bed cushions had a musty/sweaty odor.

No me gustó que tengas que usar una aplicación para abrir la puerta además de que las instrucciones de como llegar no son claras.

I had a little issue unlocking the front door and label on the main double doors was not placed as the directions on the email. I would still reserve this room again.

There are a few things future guests should be aware of before booking. We stayed in a quadruple room, which unfortunately was not well soundproofed. Throughout the night, we could hear passing trains and trams, which affected our sleep. The beds were also quite uncomfortable, and the mattresses seemed worn and in need of replacement.

Another challenge was the noise from late-arriving guests. As the accommodation consists of three rooms sharing a single bathroom and kitchen, noise easily carries throughout the property. During our stay, guests arriving after 1:00 a.m. were quite loud, causing significant disturbance. It would be helpful if the property displayed clear reminders encouraging guests to keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours.

The shared facilities, including one bathroom and a communal kitchen for three rooms, may also be something prospective guests should consider when booking.

Overall, the location is excellent, but guests who are sensitive to noise or looking for a more private and comfortable stay may want to keep these points in mind before making a reservation.

It was difficult to find a parking spot near the entrance to unload the baggage. Had to stop in a prohibited spot, risking to get in trouble with the local traffic police (but it didn't happen). Also, there are three apartments, quite nice, but only one bathroom and shower. So if anyone from the three apartments is taking shower, everyone else has to wait for one's turn to use the bathroom.

Es war nicht direkt ersichtlich, dass es sich um ein einzelnes Zimmer in einem 3-Zimmer Apartement handelt. Die anderen beiden Zimmer werden ebenfalls vermietet und man teilt sich das Bad und die Küche mit den anderen Parteien
