No parking led to loses
Pros:

The cleaning lady was super sweet.

Cons:

My worst experience with Booking.com so far.
The guesthouse lies about the parking, they don’t have any. Booking support is useless, couldn’t cancel the visit.
And I got scammed scanning a fake QR-code on the municipal parking which led to losing 250€.
Shame on the owner.

location was good.

Cons:

I had a challenge getting in because of my phone and data issues so had to await phone response and this was not immediate..perhaps 30 mins or more. Entry was via a live web app and I had no access. Once in, all was fine as I could use the wifi so no further issues.

Prima om alleen te slapen.
Pros:

We waren na de slechte reviews een beetje bang. We hadden de 3-persoonskamer, en die viel mee. Het bed was wel klein voor 2 personen en het matras was hard. Er waren 2 stoelen. Het was allemaal heel basic. Maar je gaat toch de stad in.
De douche was prima. En de locatie was top!

Cons:

Het was niet duidelijk dat je 1 badkamer/toilet moest delen. Er was geen parkeerplek terwijl dit wel in de beschrijving stond.

Achtung kein komplettes Appartement sondern nur ein Zimmer.
Pros:

Zentral Lage, direkt im Zentrum. Die Küche und das Bad sind schlicht aber modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Es ist nicht klar ersichtlich, dass es sich um EIN ZIMMER von drei Zimmer in einer Wohnung handelt. Man teilt sich das Appartment mit fremden inkl. Bad und Küche.

Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht vollständig schließen, weswegen man stärker den Straßenlärm gehört hatte. Trotz Hinweises und Zusicherung hat man sich das Problem an der Balkontür nicht angeschaut.

Super, great location, but only one bathroom
Pros:

The apartment is in a really good location, it is well equipped and everything went really nice and smooth. The only minus is, there is only one bathroom fir the three rooms, what it is really challenging in terms of organization. I would repeat the apartment, no doubt about it

Cons:

There is only one bathroom, the three rooms were occupied, one can accommodate three people, other four, plus one double. One bathroom/shower/toilet is not enough for up to 9 people.
