Pobyt w hotelu Kastri Elia Suites był bardzo udany. Hotel zachwyca komfortem, pięknym otoczeniem i przyjazną atmosferą. Szczególnie doceniamy zaangażowanie obsługi, która z okazji rodzinnej uroczystości przygotowała dla nas dodatkowe atrakcje, dzięki czemu pobyt stał się jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowy. Curatenia, camere frumoase, gradina, peisajul, personalul, plaja, apa marii.

Cons:

1. Camera de la subsol avea un miros greu de suportat, gen igrasie/mucegai. Chiar daca iti puneau la dispozitie un dezumificator, mirosul tot persista.

2. Distanta pana la plaja. Mai mult de 15 minute de mers pe jos prin soare si serpentine cu copiii de mana.

3. Desi aceau facilitati pentru gratar (gratar amanejat/masa/scaune/chiuveta etc) nu ne-au lasat sa gatim nimic la el.

Überaus nettes Personal.
Das Frühstück kommt zur gewünschten Zeit ins Zimmer.
Der Pool ist schön und nie all zu voll.

Everything was very well-kept and clean. The staff was always friendly, smiling, and helpful. Excellent communication system. Breakfast was plentiful and made with top-quality products. The location was perfect, even within walking distance of beautiful beaches.

The pool area is beautiful, green, and very well maintained. The rooms are lovely, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The service was excellent, and everyone was friendly and welcoming.

מלון יפה ונעים במיקום טוב
Pros:

מתחם יפהפה ומוקפד בצורה יוצאת דופן - יחידות המלון שוכנות בתוך גן מדהים ומתוחזק ברמה גבוהה ביותר, הבריכה נעימה ומתאימה לילדים (חלק רדוד, חלק עמוק), חדרים נקיים ומתוחזקים היטב.
צוות אדיב שנענה לכל בקשה.
המתחם במרחק כ-300 מטר מחוף נעים ושקט (לא המוני) עם מים צלולים ורדודים, ניתן ללכת ברגל לשם.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר מוגשת לחדר בסל פיקניק - לא כל כך נוח (מלא קופסאות קטנות ושקיות), וגם לא מגוון.
לקחנו חדר דו-מפלסי (לא מרתף) והוא היה מאוד קטן עבור זוג+2 ילדים (אם כי זה פחות הפריע כי ממילא היינו רוב הזמן בחוץ). מקלחת מאוד צרה.

Pros:

Kastri Elia Suites è un'oasi di pace e di bellezza. il giardino è curassimo, l'area piscina e il pool bar sono una meraviglia. La stanza è silenziosa, spaziosa, pulita, confortevole. Lo staff estremamente disponibile, tutti sorridenti, amichevoli, educati, gentili e pronti a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta (anche comodamente via whatsapp quando eravamo fuori hotel, rispondeva sempre qualcuno in pochissimo tempo). ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e la nostra vacanza è stata bellissima non solo per le bellezze del luogo ma anche perché abbiamo soggiornato proprio in questa struttura! abbiamo apprezzato molto il cestino della colazione che è ricco e garantisce privacy e la tranquillità di una colazione che arriva ogni mattina sulla terrazza all'orario concordato.

Sehr entspannter toller Urlaub. In schöner Umgebung und ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Leckeres, umfangreiches Frühstück! Wir konnten es nicht komplett geschafft, haben den Rest mittags gegessen.
Ruhige Lage. Schöner Pool, großzügige sehr gepflegte Garten-Anlage. Nettes sehr hilfsbereites Personal!

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer hat uns nicht so gut gefallen (im Hauptraum kleines Fenster zum Meer, seitlich angeordneter Balkon). Wir konnten freundlicherweise tauschen (nettes sehr hilfsbereites Personal!)
