The room was clean and we did get housekeeping the next day.
The toilet did not have water , we had to open the top to close the flap every time to allow it to fill up. The sink had a horrible smell that invaded the entire room. At the breakfast we were told “you can only serve yourself once, and only get what you’re going to eat”.

No nos permitieron ENTRAR al restaurante a desayunar porque no traíamos efectivo.
I had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was amazing and super friendly. Room was very clean with fresh linens and a nice bathroom. Pool was super close to the room for easy dips, and the gas station nearby was handy for snacks. All in all, a solid experience, definitely recommend and I’ll come back!
It’s a little bit far from Central Puerto Vallarta, but we did come in the expensive season during New Year’s, so Ubers are probably a little bit cheaper if you don’t visit then.

Lo que no me gustó es que a pesar de colocar el banderin de molestar en la puerta el personal de limpieza siempre me despertaba, eso fue muy molesto ya que paso varias veces. Tampoco me gustó lo poco accesible del wifi, dentro del hotel no hay señal y el wifi es de muy baja calidad
It’s a beautiful property with cute theme. Loved free parking and nice bathroom—glass shower doors and plenty of hot water which is hit and miss at Mexican hotels.
We booked this place over others because it included free breakfast but the hotel did not give us free breakfast as promised. The comforter and sheets were clean but had noticeable rips and stains and that gave me the ick. Also wifi was a total joke—basically nonexistent. Speed test took 7 minutes to run and had 3 mbps and .05 mbps upload
It's a good price for the area and nice location off the hwy.
The breakfast was not compilmentary like the previous time i had booked in july/aug.
Also the fridge was broken in the room and the shower wasn't as hot.
