4 stars overall. it was one a one nighter, close to airport

Cons:

could not get hot water for shower; was warm water in the am only. computer wi fi intermittent.

This place is far from the beach, it’s old and smelly.
Pros:

The room was clean and we did get housekeeping the next day.

Cons:

The toilet did not have water , we had to open the top to close the flap every time to allow it to fill up. The sink had a horrible smell that invaded the entire room. At the breakfast we were told “you can only serve yourself once, and only get what you’re going to eat”.

Our whole family loved it and will come again.
Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was amazing and super friendly. Room was very clean with fresh linens and a nice bathroom. Pool was super close to the room for easy dips, and the gas station nearby was handy for snacks. All in all, a solid experience, definitely recommend and I’ll come back!

Cons:

It’s a little bit far from Central Puerto Vallarta, but we did come in the expensive season during New Year’s, so Ubers are probably a little bit cheaper if you don’t visit then.
