Pancakes and coffee were good. Server was pleasant once she got to us...
Breakfast was mediocre and inconsistent. Should have low carb choices. All breakfasts should come with fruit and juice. Pancakes came with a tiny bit of syrup, no butter. Wait time for service was excessive considering there were few people in the restaurant. Music was loud and distracting.

La habitación con piscina era muy cómoda, tienen servicio a la habitación y te llevan todo súper rápido. Nunca salí de la habitación.
Aunque la “piscina” es muy muy pequeña, es más bien un jacuzzi.

Las instalaciones muy limpias, iguales a la foto, excelente servicio y muy Rico y completo el servicio de restaurante y bar.

Pool, restaurant and resort were really nice.
There was no hot water in our room.
Wonderful hotel. Beautiful location. Quiet and away from the town. Lovely gardens and the rooms are in little cabins which means they are secluded and quiet. We had a wonderful relaxing night and the staff were excellent (other than the below). We had laundry done on the spot when we arrived and it was ready within a couple of hours which for bike packers is a luxury!
The restaurant served a very good breakfast but the dinner was awful. We stayed there to eat as we had cycled a long way to get there and did not want to have to go out. But we should have because it was microwaved barely hot food which they had taken no care over and was not remotely appetising. Except the cheesecake which was amazing!
The pools are wonderful but we were the only guests using the pool area and we wanted peace and quiet to enjoy nature and the forest surroundings. The hotel staff would not turn off the ridiculous nightclub type banging music which was just really annoying and ruined our hour of peace by the pool.
Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. The pool is amazing and the atmosphere in the hotel was really really nice!
