Pros:

Быстро заселились! Отель уже требует ремонта. Завтрак был средний. К сожалению, пакетиков чайных не было. На завтраке столиков не хватала. Большой плюс номер был не прокуренный, полотенце было не затрепанные. Персонал приветливый. Аккуратнее с таксистами они не предсказуемы

Pros:

У меня остались прекрасные впечатления от проживания в этом отеле, и я искренне рекомендую его всем, кто собирается посетить Гуанчжоу!

Во-первых, расположение отеля чрезвычайно удобное. Отсюда легко добраться практически в любую точку города на метро, поскольку станция находится совсем рядом, на такси или даже на велосипеде, если вы любите кататься. Передвигаться по городу отсюда очень удобно.

Во-вторых, отдельной похвалы заслуживают сотрудники ресепшена. Все невероятно дружелюбные, приветливые и отзывчивые. Они всегда готовы ответить на вопросы, всё подробно объяснить и дать полезные рекомендации. Их гостеприимство сделало моё пребывание ещё приятнее.

Звукоизоляция отличная. Я совершенно не слышала шума из соседних номеров, благодаря чему могла спокойно отдыхать и хорошо высыпаться.

Номера просторные, чистые и комфортные, с современной мебелью и превосходным качеством уборки. Всё содержится в отличном состоянии, и за время проживания у меня не возникло абсолютно никаких проблем.

Я также заметила в некоторых отзывах упоминания о том, что в номерах нет холодильника. Хочу уточнить, что в моём номере холодильник был, и он прекрасно работал.

В целом у меня остались исключительно положительные впечатления, и я действительно не могу сказать об этом отеле ничего плохого. Прекрасное расположение, замечательный персонал, чистые и просторные номера и высокий уровень комфорта. Я с удовольствием остановилась бы здесь снова и настоятельно рекомендую этот отель другим путешественникам, посещающим Гуанчжоу!

Very disappointed due to no room fridge, safe locker. Also asked for extra bed for kids and room next to each other. But no joy. Staff was not helpful at all.
