El aire acondicionado, aunque el control dejó de funcionar, supongo que las baterías descargadas. También hay un minibar con algunas cosas, pero no nos dejaron lista de precios, lo que me hizo pensar que podrían costar mucho. Está a pasos del Parque El Poblado y hay muchos lugares para comer en los alrededores.
No me gustó que el desayuno se sirva en la terraza donde llegan palomas y caminan entre los cereales, fruta y cubiertos. La luz de la habitación era mínima, además que el interruptor de la luz del baño es el mismo del minibar, entonces cada vez que uno va al baño en la noche la habitación queda iluminada. La habitación se siente falta de mantenimiento, principalmente en el baño donde se ve más sucio y la tapa del S.S estaba quebrada. Para hacer uso del jacuzzi hay que reservar con antelación, sin embargo, según leí en las reseñas de Google lleva meses sin funcionar, a mi parecer, el jacuzzi era un atractivo que me hizo decidirme entre otros hoteles, si hubiera sabido que no funcionaba de seguro me quedaba en otro lugar.

Unica nota positiva:la posizione della struttura. Vicinissimo alla Provenza e nel cuore del el poblado .
Troppi rumori provenienti sia dall’esterno che dall’interno della struttura. Tutto ciò ha reso il soggiorno,seppur di sole due notti,molto deludente.

The hotel’s location is prime, breakfast offered was ok.
The room assigned during our stay was located on the first level of the hotel, right on top of a night bar located on a busy street corner. Therefore, we couldn’t rest at all during our first night.
Wishing the first 2 hours of our stay we noticed about the noise nuisance; we asked the staff about the hours of operation of the bar below our room, and they said they were open daily until 2 or 3 a.m. We immediately requested to be moved to a different room/location for the rest of the nights we had left (5 nights), but the staff informed us they didn’t have any availability, as they were completely booked.
We only stayed one night, one sleepless night as we were awake until 5:00 am.
Not a good experience with this hotel.
