The main staff was not so co operative

i did not like the extra charges they took for our room, due to late check-out and early check-in!
rest everything was fine!

There wet lot of restrictions.

Cockroaches could have been eliminated.

Stayed here for 11 nights, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing overall.
• Towels were taken away during room cleaning and not replaced unless we requested them every day.
• Water supply would randomly cut off during the day, and we had to call reception each time to have it restored.
• The pool was small and often filled with insects. After one guest used it, the water turned cloudy and remained that way for three days.
• We were told iron was not available when we requested one.
• The air conditioner leaked water if set below 24°C.
• Complimentary water bottles were not replenished automatically—we had to ask daily.
• Bedsheets had red and black stains; they seemed washed but the stains remained.
• About half the lights in the room didn’t work for most of our stay—they were only fixed two days before we checked out.
• The TV was unusable due to constant buffering from the slow internet.
• Hot water would only come after wasting two buckets of cold water each time.
• Although there was an induction cooker, no pots or utensils were provided.
• On the day the owner visited, staff seemed visibly tense, and we had to wait until he left to receive any assistance at the reception.
• The hotel printed the C-Form (a digital document meant to be filled online by the hotel) and asked us to fill it by hand—including trying to “upload” a passport photo on a printed paper.

The one positive note was Amit, a room boy who was consistently helpful, responsive, and courteous throughout our stay.

The curtains were stained and ill fitting, and there was a real refuse problem around the property. The signage was poor also.

The hotel is under renovation, No water in toilets when you require, although the staff were cordial.

Leaky faucets and cisterns.

Room No.205 - had severe fall due to slippery step access to toilet from room floor level which is more than 2feet high. No anti-slippery mat or arrangement provided. Informed the staff and understand that some anti-slip arrangement made after we vacated.

Too costly for the facilities provided and no complimentary breakfast.

There was no hot water the day I was there
That's a small issue but a big impact on me having to shower there and leave to work the next morning

There was power issue and I had left the property

The room was too small, water stopped in the restroom often, room service was not available, there was no food and the complimentary breakfast was too bad. they got it from a local hotel. after 9 pm, they close the outdoors. so we can order food also

Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Stay

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel truly warrants a serious warning for future guests. My stay was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable for the following reasons:
• Wi-Fi was completely non-functional, making it impossible to work or even casually browse the internet.
• Frequent power fluctuations made it hard to relax, sleep, or use basic appliances.
• No running water in the shower. When I asked for water to bathe, the staff removed the flush gun from another bathroom to fill a bucket — completely unacceptable.
• No toiletries provided — not even basic essentials like a toothbrush or toothpaste.
• No drinking water available. Each time I asked for a bottle, staff had to buy it from a nearby shop.
• Misleading amenities. There was no functioning restaurant, and the pool was filthy and unusable.
• Reception never answered calls, leaving guests stranded without support.
• No floor or bathroom mats, resulting in wet, slippery, and unsafe surfaces.
• Non-working TV — just a dusty, useless fixture.
• Cleanliness was appalling. I found used condom wrappers and broken glass on the floor — disgusting and dangerous.
• Not truly pet-friendly. Toxic Odonil bars, burst balloons, and glass shards were under the bed and furniture — serious hazards for pets and people.
• Terrible food service. When we ordered coffee, we were served half a cup of cold coffee.
• Car parking is a nightmare. The property has a parking lot behind the building, but they lock the gate and refuse to open it promptly. Every time I returned, I had to wait for a long time because they didn’t answer the landline or mobile number. I was forced to call their Bangalore unit just to get someone to open the gate.
• When I asked why the gate is always locked, the manager gave a bizarre explanation about a theft where someone brought a lorry and stole everything.
