Trudny kontakt z obsługą, skomplikowany system jednego klucza

Wielkość i wyposażanie apartamentu.

Cons:

Bardzo trudny kontakt z obsługą. Zamawialiśmy i zapłaciliśmy za łóżka dla czterech osób. W dniu przyjazdu przygotowane były tylko dla trzech osób. Na miejscu nikogo z obsługi nie było. Nikt nie był w stanie nam pomóc. Bardzo uciążliwy jest system jednego klucza do apartamentu, co w przypadku czterech osób oznacza bardzo duże komplikacje. Wszystkie drzwi w kompleksie otwiera się kluczem (garaż, sauna, narciarnia, apartament, pokój zabaw, itp.). Jeśli ktoś poszedł do sauny to musiał wychodzić z niej kiedy kolejne osoby chciały przyjść. Po założeniu butów narciarskich trzeba było przejść w nich przez cały kompleks, wejść po schodach na pierwsze lub drugie piętro żeby odnieść klucz dla osób, które wychodziły na narty później.

Velký, prostorný a moderní apartmán. Velkou výhodou je přístup do sauny. Cením si také vyhrazeného parkovacího místa, které měl jen pro sebe každý apartmán.

Cons:

Postele byly pro mě příliš měkké. Chyběl také toaletní papír, ale ten mi další den s omluvou dodali.

POLOHA ubytování. Společenská místnost. Sauna.

Cons:

Instrukce k check inu vůbec nepřišly na email. Recepce na místě v době, kdy měl probíhat check-in byla zavřená a nikdo tam nebyl. Nemohli jsme se dovolat ani na číslo uvedené v mailu ani na číslo uvedené na dvěří zamčené recepce. Zoufalí jsme jeli na 10 min vzdálený partnerský hotel, kde nám na recepci vydali klíče a pomohli nám. Celé to trvalo hodinu. Výše kauce byla jako skoro celá platba za apartmán, na kteoru nás NIKDO NEUPOZORNIL! Jednání s hotelem bylo celé neštastnné

Velmi ochotný personál. Naší vinnou jsme se nemohli dostat do apartmánu a ihned vyřešili. Lanovky blízko a velké možnosti i pro nelyžaře. Centrum 20 minut chůze.

Pros:

Krásné a prostorné pokoje, velká okna s výhledem, pohodlné postele a vybavená kuchyň. Utěrky, hadr, tablety do myčky i kartáček. O to víc překvapilo, že koupelna byla zase extremně nevybavená.

Cons:

Na pokojích nebyly velké osušky, mýdlo ani toaletní papír, to jsme nečekali. Hlavně ty ručníky o velikosti utěrky byly nepříjemné. A v sauně nebyla prostěradla ani ručníky.
Čistota pokoje spíše průměrná, jedno okno bylo hodně opatlané a v rozích tu a tam smetí.
