Overall good location especially if you have your own car.
Pros:

Was very spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone.

Cons:

The king room stayed very warm. I am not sure if the ac was struggling or not, because the rest of yhe room seemed ok in comparison.
There were not enough trash bags left. We had 5 adults in our party and the bags left were not equipped for trash accumulated.

Bem espaçoso. Ideal para 06 pessoas. Banheiro da suíte enorme e com box. Muito bom. Cozinha bem equipada. Estacionamento incluído. A unidade que ficamos foi no terreo, ótima porque estávamos viajando com idosas.

Cons:

As tomadas do banheiro não estavam funcionando. Camas com colchão mole, para quem não está acostumado, pode ser um desafio.

I asked the landlord to replace some of the old kitchenware. There was very little dishwashing detergent. If you are a large family, you may need to wash the dishes by hand. There was a washing machine, but you may need to buy detergent to do at least one wash,
