Treebo CS needs an overhaul
Pros:

Nothing. They cancelled on me as I was arriving and didnt reply to any of my messages. Shocking customer service. Think prob a Treebo issue more than the actual facility

Cons:

Their arrogance in not replying after putting me in a rough situation.

All in all, great choice due to the closeness to the railway station and other important landmarks.
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast is great - coupons are given to the old world Geetha Cafe which is a stone's throw away. You get your food on plantain leaves and with a rustic atmosphere - excellent food - and unlimited.
The hotel itself is fine - great location. The staff were mostly helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

There seems to be some strong odour in the entire building - possibly liquor. That can be improved for sure. Possibly, ventilation needs to be taken care of.

Dont choose unless you have any ither option
Pros:

The receptionists are arrogant and behaved very rudely
The room was not ready even for our delayed check in.
When we asked about this, receptionist approach was very rude, and as per him it’s most common in their facility.
This hotel doesn’t have own restaurant. We were advised to go another hotel for Breakfast.
They haven’t considered that we have one small baby with us, which we were already mentioned while booking time itself.
It was a horrible experience in my life.
Suggesting a big zero mark for this hotel
Room was not neat and bcoz of the cleaning lotion smell my baby cant sleep well during night.
No parking slot available
Zero value for our money
The reception person was found shouting to another guest also.
