The quality of property was first class.All the staff we met during our stay were friendly and professional and dealt promptly and efficiently with any requests.We also had breakfast at the property which was of a high standard and value for money.

The property was fitted to an extremely high standard, was really well maintained and the pool area was exceptional. The location was close to some very good restaurants but in a quiet area.

Choose Cuore Santo Suites over any nearby hotels and you will not be disappointed. We had a family room, with a huge king-size bed (bigger than in the UK), and two very comfortable beds in an upstairs area which our children used. We also had a sunny balcony and private hot tub overlooking island fields and the beautiful sea. The room was spotless and felt safe. The pool area is the best around, clean, towels, plants and it got the last of the sun compared with next door. There are 4 staff members who are all very friendly and professional. The location is perfect a short walk to the mini market (great for bakery items for breakfast) and take away coffees, restaurants, shops and a view of the volcano. We have been to Greece & the islands a few times and this was one of the best places I have ever been. Highly recommend!

Location of the hotel is perfect! You are really close by to the center of Fira, but not in the middle of the chaos, which makes it peaceful, private and relaxing.
The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful! From giving you advice of where to eat, what to do and helping you with reservations for transfers or excursions!
The room and the facilities were also perfect!
Amazing location really close to Fira and Firostefani. The suite was perfect, really comfortable bed and amazing bathroom, and the hot tub on the balcony was such a luxury! Pool area was really nice and relaxing, there are more than enough beds for the number of suites which was great. Staff could not have been more helpful, providing recommendations, booking transfers, booking ATV hires, they were ready to help with anything and we really appreciated it. Breakfast was also delicious on the days we ordered it to our suite. We would recommend anyone to stay here, it was a really relaxing few days away for us and fantastic value for money in our opinion!

The room is clean and new. Staff is very helpful for our problems. And there is a large car park near the hotel.

Zeer fijne vakantie gehad! vriendelijk personeel die je met alle gastvrijheid ontvangt, leuke sfeer, mega goed uitzicht over de zee en erg schone luxe kamers. We kregen zelfs een drankje bij aankomst en konden al eerder op de kamer. Zeker een aanrader! Het is een paar minuten van het centrum van Fira lopen, erg goede locatie.
Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug!

Lovely small hotel, very friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful large rooms. Close to shops and restaurants but with enough distance to avoid noise! Lots of sunbeds. Highly recommend for a quiet stay in Santorini!
The property was spotless and very well maintained, exactly as shown in the photos. The room and pool area were both amazing and perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal around a 10 minute walk to central Fira, while there are also some lovely restaurants overlooking the sea just 5 minutes away.
It’s the perfect place to stay for both exploring the island and enjoying some downtime. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, assisting with transport arrangements, restaurant bookings, and advice on using public transport to get around the island.
Breakfast, lunch snacks, and drinks are also available at the accommodation, which made relaxing by the pool even more convenient and enjoyable.
There is nothing not to like it is beautiful
L’hôtel semble neuf, les lieux sont hyper bien entretenus. Le personnel est adorable et nous a donné beaucoup de conseils. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur mer et c’était top de se réveiller dans ce cadre.
Malheureusement il faisait un peu trop froid pour profiter de la piscine mais l’endroit est magnifique.
